一、新竹縣政府和企業、大專院校合作,自112年起打造青年就業實習平台,規劃數位創新增能課程、企業媒合與實習關懷制度,並辦理成果發表,成效卓著,更有不少優秀青年結束實習後獲得轉正機會,創造企業徵才與青年就業雙贏的契機。今(115)年邁入第四屆,計畫邀集更多桃竹苗企業夥伴及大專院校共襄盛舉,另為回應AI時代的人才需求與Z世代求職趨勢,今年度計畫重磅推出兩大升級亮點:全面主打「專題實習」模式,規範至少45天的精準實戰,並首度將招募對象從大專院校在校生擴展至「畢業一年內之社會新鮮人」,期望為企業與青年創造雙贏。

This initiative features digital innovation empowerment courses, corporate matchmaking, and professional internship mentorship. To date, the program has achieved remarkable success, with many outstanding participants securing full-time positions post-internship, creating a win-win scenario for both corporate recruitment and youth employment.
As we enter the fourth year (2026), the program is expanding to include more corporate partners and academic institutions across the Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli region. In response to the demand for AI-era talent and Gen Z career trends, this year is program introduces two major highlights:
Comprehensive "Project-Based Internship" Mode: A minimum of 45 days of precision-guided, hands-on professional practice.
Expanded Eligibility: For the first time, recruitment is open not only to current university students but also to recent graduates (within one year of graduation).
