一、依據「教育部補助推動人文及科技教育先導型計畫要點」辦理。
二、為落實「均衡台灣」，打造臺灣成為人工智慧之島，行政院推動「大南方新矽谷推動方案(2025-2029)」其中分項六係由經濟部主導並與教育部等部會共同規劃推動「智慧雨林產業創生計畫」。配合推動智慧雨林產業創生人才育成計畫，為透過聚焦智慧商業服務、智慧照護、智慧製造、智慧農業等產業共通議題，推動產業議題主題式課群，培育具備產業思維的AI應用人才，爰辦理旨揭計畫徵件。
三、請於115年3月27日(星期五)前，至本計畫徵件平台(https://proj.moe.edu.tw/smartrainforest/Default.aspx)完成線上申請及用印後計畫書電子檔上傳作業，逾期未完成者，不予受理。本計畫徵件須知、相關經費編列支用原則、計畫申請書格式與相關資料，請逕至計畫徵件平台下載及查閱。

I. This announcement is issued in accordance with the "Guidelines for the Ministry of Education's Grant-in-Aid for the Promotion of Pioneer Programs in Humanities and Science and Technology Education."
II. To realize the vision of "Balanced Taiwan" and establish Taiwan as an island of artificial intelligence, the Executive Yuan has launched the "Southern Taiwan New Silicon Valley Promotion Program (2025–2029)." Under this program, Sub-Program Six, led by the Ministry of Economic Affairs in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and other relevant agencies, focuses on the "Smart Rainforest Industry Creation Program." In line with this initiative, the Smart Rainforest Industry Talent Cultivation Program aims to foster AI application talents with industry-oriented thinking by addressing common issues in smart business services, smart healthcare, smart manufacturing, and smart agriculture. To this end, thematic course clusters will be developed to nurture talent in these areas.
III. Applicants are required to submit their proposals online and upload the stamped electronic version of the proposal document to the project submission platform (https://proj.moe.edu.tw/smartrainforest/Default.aspx) by 27 March 2026 (Friday). Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. For further details, including the guidelines for the program, principles for budget allocation, and the application form, please visit the project submission platform directly.
