一、財團法人至善社會福利基金會（https://www.zhi-shan.org/）長期從事亞洲四地兒少發展工作，為響應《兒童權利公約》（CRC）禁止歧視原則，自2023年起推動「校園族群友善」倡議，並自2025年辦理短影音競賽。2026年以「從陪伴到培力，看見改變發生」為主題，邀請全國學生共同參與，展現青少年世代推動友善行動的能量。
二、旨揭徵件活動簡章，摘述重點如下：
(一)參賽資格：全國公私立國中、高中職及大專院校在學生（含具學籍之個人自學生及自學團體）皆可參加，參賽人數不限。
(二)報名日期：即日起至115年06月12日前至活動網站（https://contest.zhi-shan.org）填寫報名資料。
(三)徵件日期：至115年07月03日止，參賽影片須上傳Youtube且設定不公開（知道連結者可觀看），並將影片連結上傳至指定繳件頁面。
(四)競賽流程：徵件報名→初選→公布入圍名單（預計115年7月中旬）→決選→公布獲獎名單（預計115年7月底）→頒獎典禮（訂於115年8月22日於臺北記憶倉庫舉行，務必出席）

**Announcement: Call for Submissions – “From Companionship to Empowerment: Witnessing Change” Short Video Competition**
The Zhi-Shan Social Welfare Foundation (https://www.zhi-shan.org/), long committed to youth development across four Asian regions, has launched the “Campus Ethnic Amity” initiative since 2023 in response to the principle of non-discrimination enshrined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). Building on this effort, the Foundation will host a short video competition starting in 2025. For 2026, the competition will be themed “From Companionship to Empowerment: Witnessing Change,” inviting students nationwide to participate and showcase the energy of the younger generation in promoting amity and inclusivity.
**Key Details of the Competition:**
1. **Eligibility:** All currently enrolled students from public and private junior high schools, senior high schools, vocational schools, and colleges/universities across Taiwan are eligible to participate, including individual self-study students and self-study groups with formal student status. There is no limit on the number of participants per entry.
2. **Registration Period:** From the date of this announcement until June 12, 2026. Participants must complete registration by filling out the application form on the official competition website (https://contest.zhi-shan.org).
3. **Submission Period:** Submissions must be uploaded to YouTube with the privacy setting set to “Unlisted” (only those with the link can view the video) and the video link must be submitted to the designated upload page on the competition website by July 3, 2026.

- Announcement of Shortlisted Entries (Expected: Mid-July 2026)
- Final Selection
- Announcement of Winners (Expected: End of July 2026)
