說明：
一、推薦條件：
(一)具有中華民國國籍。
(二)身心健康，對於醫學中心護理臨床工作有興趣學習。
(三)學業成績75分以上；操行成績80分以上。
二、請貴校推薦護理系(所)畢業學生，填寫「就業意願回函」及檢附成績單，並統整總推薦名冊填寫「115年畢業生推薦名冊」；請於115年4月30日前以e-mail或郵寄方式擲送本部。（擲送後請務必來電確認）
三、惠請貴校張貼「招募簡章」供學生參考。
四、檢附「就業意願回函」、「畢業生推薦名冊」、「招募簡章」。

*請至相關網址： 各大醫院來函資料查詢，並依學校規定時間內完成相關程序，逾時不候。
Note:
I. Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Possess Republic of China nationality.
(2) Be physically and mentally healthy, with a genuine interest in learning clinical nursing practices at medical centers.
(3) Achieve an academic score of 75 or above; conduct score of 80 or above.
II. Please recommend graduating students from your nursing department (or institute). Complete the “Employment Interest Response Form” and attach transcripts. Compile the comprehensive recommendation roster into the “2016 Graduate Recommendation Roster.” Submit via email or postal mail to our department by April 30, 2016. (Please confirm receipt by phone after submission.)
III. Kindly post the “Recruitment Brochure” for student reference.
