【中央與介仁校區】【請班級幹部上網報名】114學年下學期班級幹部訓練

參加對象:中央與介仁校區大學部班級幹部

(國際數位媒體科技學士學位學程、五專、二技四技、夜間部、外籍班、研究所不用參與)
1.一年級至四年級:班代、副班代、總務股長、學藝股長。
2.一年級至三年級:服務股長。
3.一年級:衛保股長、體育康樂股長。
4.班級幹部有特殊事情不能參加者必須自行至學生系統(學務處生輔組)辦理相關請假手續,未請假者一律記曠課1小時處分。

活動時間: 115年3月13日(星期五)13:30-15:00。
上課地點: 中央校區B101演藝廳(250A)

服儀規定:穿著整齊本校休閒服。
備有餐點,請攜帶環保杯。

交通車「發車」時間:
去程:介仁校區 側門停車場,13:10準時發車至 中央校區 。
回程:中央校區 大喜館停車場側門停車場,15:10準時發車回介仁校區。

ANNOUNCEMENT

**Class Officer Training for the Second Semester of Academic Year 114**

**Campuses Involved:** Central and Jieren Campuses
**Target Participants:** Class officers from undergraduate classes at the Central and Jieren Campuses
*(Exclusions: International Digital Media Technology Program, Five-Year Vocational Program, Two-Year and Four-Year Associate Degree Programs, Evening Classes, International Student Classes, and Graduate Programs are not required to participate.)*

**Eligible Positions:**
1. Freshmen to Seniors: Class Representative, Deputy Class Representative, Welfare Officer, Academic Affairs Officer
2. Freshmen to Juniors: Service Officer
3. Freshmen: Health and Safety Officer, Physical Education and Recreation Officer

**Absence Policy:**
Class officers unable to attend due to special circumstances must apply for leave through the Student Affairs System (Student Support Section, Student Affairs Office). Failure to apply for leave will result in a one-hour absence penalty.

**Registration:**
For detailed information and online registration, please log in to the Tzu Chi University Student Information System > Matters to Handle > Open Activity Registration > [Class Officers, Please Register Online] Class Officer Training for the Second Semester of Academic Year 114.

**Reminder:** All participating students are required to register to facilitate venue arrangements.
