申請資格：必須是已申請114-2學雜費減免-低收入戶子女資格者
※申請時間：115/2/2至115/3/13止，繳交至中央校區學務處生輔組林小姐，逾時不候。
※申請流程：慈濟大學首頁→學生資訊系統→學務處→生活輔導組→獎助學金系統→申請（學產基金低收入戶助學金）→列印申請表暨同意書→繳至學生事務處生活輔導組。
※檢附文件：
1.學生系統申請書暨同意書，請簽名。
2.教育部申請書。
3.三個月內申請之低收入戶證明正本（含學生名字）。臺北市請由臺北通APP列印
4.前學期成績單。
5.獎懲紀錄（1140801-1150131）。

**Announcement: Application for the Tzu Chi University Low-Income Student Scholarship**
**Eligibility:**
Applicants must have already applied for the tuition fee reduction for children of low-income families for the academic term 114-2.
**Application Period:**
Applications must be submitted between February 2, 2026, and March 13, 2026. All documents should be delivered to Ms. Lin at the Student Affairs Division, Central Campus Office. Late submissions will not be accepted.
**Application Procedure:**
1. Visit the Tzu Chi University homepage.
2. Access the Student Information System.
3. Navigate to the Student Affairs Division → Life Guidance Section → Scholarship System.
4. Apply for the "Low-Income Student Scholarship (Fund for Student Affairs)."
5. Print the application form and consent form.
6. Submit the printed documents to the Life Guidance Section, Student Affairs Division.
**Required Documents:**
1. Application and consent forms from the student system (please sign).
2. Application form from the Ministry of Education.
3. Original low-income household certificate issued within the last three months (must include the student's name). For Taipei City residents, please print the certificate via the Taipei Pass APP.
4. Transcript from the previous academic term.
5. Record of academic awards and disciplinary actions (from August 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025).
