一、目前未安排週會系所：學士後中醫學系、分子生物暨人類遺傳學系、藥學系、醫學資訊學系、生物醫學暨工程學系、社會工作學系、人類發展與心理學系、兒童發展與家庭教育學系、國際數位媒體科技學士學位學程、外國語文學系，請以該系公告為主。
二、取消院/系週會：護理學院、智慧永續管理學院、東方語文學系。
三、若有異動以各系所/單位公告為準。
注意事項：
1.週會請提早十分鐘進場，並親自簽到，未到者以曠課論。
2.請熟記週會時間及內容，若有更動將另行通知，以各院系通知為準。
3.參與週會集會請穿全套制服/休閒服。
4.請將週會時間表張貼於班級公佈欄。

- Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures
Please refer to the respective departmental announcements for further details.
2. **Departments/Schools Canceling Weekly Meetings:**
- School of Nursing
- School of Smart and Sustainable Management
- Department of Oriental Languages and Literatures
3. **Any changes will be communicated via departmental/unit announcements.**
**Important Notes:**
1. Please arrive at the weekly meeting venue ten minutes early and sign in in person. Absence without prior notice will be recorded as an unexcused absence.
2. Familiarize yourself with the weekly meeting schedule and agenda. Any changes will be announced separately by the respective departments/schools.
3. Participants are required to wear full uniform or casual attire during the weekly meetings.
4. Please post the weekly meeting schedule on the class bulletin board.
