新版《菸害防制法》已於112年3月22日正式施行，全面禁止電子煙及納管加熱菸，吸菸年齡提高至20歲。違規使用電子煙最高可罰1萬元，校園場所、周邊禁菸，請遵守「禁菸、反菸、拒菸」原則，維護校園健康環境。
另提醒同學避免於社群平臺或網路張貼、分享菸品（含電子煙）相關內容，以降低健康危害及違法風險。
The newly revised "Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act" officially took effect on March 22, 2023. It comprehensively prohibits the use of electronic cigarettes and regulates heated tobacco products, raising the legal smoking age to 20 years. Violations of the law regarding electronic cigarette use may result in fines of up to NT$10,000. Smoking is strictly prohibited on campus premises and in surrounding areas. All members of the university community are kindly requested to adhere to the principles of "no smoking, anti-smoking, and refusing tobacco" to safeguard the health environment of the campus.
Additionally, students are reminded to avoid posting or sharing any content related to tobacco products (including electronic cigarettes) on social media platforms or online to minimize health risks and potential legal consequences.
