為確保計畫順利函報教育部，請有意申請的師長務必注意時間節點，逾時恕不受理。
申請時程
收件截止日： 即日起至 115年2月26日（五）下班前。
帳號開通： 請尚未取得系統權限的計畫主持人，儘速聯繫全球處開通帳號。
作業流程：
1. 登入學海計畫系統填寫並上傳資料。
2. 列印紙本申請書及聲明書。
3. 完成計畫主持人簽章及所屬系所主管簽章。
4. 最後經學院院長核可簽章,將紙本送達 全球事務處。(請於 03月 03 日星期二、17點前)

**Announcement Regarding Application for Overseas Academic Exchange and Internship Subsidies**
To ensure the smooth submission of applications to the Ministry of Education, all faculty members who intend to apply are kindly requested to strictly adhere to the specified deadlines. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
**Application Timeline**
- **Deadline for Submission:** From the date of this announcement until 5:00 PM on Friday, February 26, 2026.
**Account Activation**
- Faculty members who have not yet obtained system access should promptly contact the Office of Global Affairs to activate their accounts.
**Application Procedure**
1. Log in to the Overseas Academic Exchange Program System to complete and upload the required documents.
2. Print the hard copy of the application form and declaration.
3. Obtain the signature of the project leader and the head of the relevant department or institute.
4. Finally, have the application approved and signed by the Dean of the respective college, and submit the hard copy to the Office of Global Affairs by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
