各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為維護宿舍住宿秩序，並配合宿舍管理需求，本校將於115年2月24日至115年3月27日辦理合併寢室作業，媒合日期為115年3月23日。本次作業旨在協助人數未滿四人之寢室補足人數，以維持宿舍運作之穩定與和諧。
本次合併寢室作業配合注意事項如下：
1. 凡於作業期間寢室未滿四人者，以補滿四人為主，不符合規定人數之寢室將納入本次合併寢室作業。
2. 各棟學生住宿現況請至各棟宿舍管理員室洽詢，同學請依不足人數之寢室名單自行協調，或由宿舍管理員室進行媒合，並持經新舊寢室室友簽名後的問題反應表向宿輔組申請合併寢室，不得協調已四人之寢室同學。
3. 如在自行媒合期限內未完成合併寢室之寢室，則由宿輔組統一辦理合併寢室分配作業，凡無法配合進行合併寢室作業者，依學生住宿辦法取消年度住宿床位並予以退宿。
本次合併寢室作業期間為115年2月24日至115年3月27日，媒合日期為115年3月23日。同學請依上述規定辦理，並於期限內完成相關作業。

Announcement Regarding Dormitory Room Consolidation
Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
To maintain dormitory order and meet management requirements, the Student Dormitory Counseling Office will conduct a dormitory room consolidation process from February 24, 2026, to March 27, 2026, with the matching date set for March 23, 2026. This initiative aims to assist rooms with fewer than four occupants to reach the required number, thereby ensuring the stability and harmony of dormitory operations.
Please note the following guidelines for the dormitory room consolidation process:
1. Rooms with fewer than four occupants during the consolidation period will be prioritized for matching to reach a total of four occupants. Rooms that do not meet the required occupancy will be included in this consolidation process.
2. For current occupancy details in each dormitory building, please consult the dormitory manager is office. Students are encouraged to coordinate with roommates on their own based on the list of rooms with insufficient occupants, or the dormitory manager is office may assist in matching. To apply for room consolidation, please submit a completed and signed problem report form, endorsed by both the current and new roommates, to the Student Dormitory Counseling Office. Coordination with students already in a four-occupant room is not permitted.
3. Rooms that fail to complete the consolidation process within the self-matching period will be centrally assigned by the Student Dormitory Counseling Office. Students who are unable to comply with the consolidation process will have their annual dormitory bed allocation revoked, and they will be required to vacate the dormitory.
The dormitory room consolidation process will take place from February 24, 2026, to March 27, 2026, with the matching date set for March 23, 2026. Please adhere to the above guidelines and complete the relevant procedures within the specified timeframe.
