【114-2新生健康檢查】
凡本(114-2)學期入學之新生，請依規定完成新生健康檢查，詳情請參閱「慈大新生入學健康檢查專區 Freshman Health Check」

一、如欲選擇慈濟醫院健檢者，請於3/10以前上網預約，以協助安排檢查作業。
二、若為自行在校外其他醫院體檢者，請於3/15前，將完成之「學生健康檢查紀錄表」交至健康中心。

**Freshman Health Check for the 114-2 Academic Semester**
All students admitted for the 114-2 academic semester are required to complete the freshman health check as stipulated. For detailed information, please refer to the "Freshman Health Check" section on the Tzu Chi University Health Services website:

1. Students wishing to have their health check at Tzu Chi Hospital should make an online reservation by March 10 to facilitate scheduling of the examination.
2. Students who choose to have their health check at another hospital outside campus should submit the completed. Student Health Check Record to the Health Center by March 15.
