各位教職員生日安：
一、114學年度第2學期車輛停車開放申請即日起至2026年3月13日23:00止。
二、繳費時間：至2026年3月18日(三)17:00止。
三、經發現無申請者車輛強行停放停車場內，校方將依法鎖扣違停車輛。機車管制桿請勿私自動手抬起或掰開，損壞設備將照價賠償。
四、原已有車位者不想繼續使用停車位，請至總務處事務組辦理歸還車位。
五、為能順利進出教學區停車場，請盡速辦理申請。
六、中央校區汽車位目前已滿，請先到系統申請，申請後會排入候補，等候補上事務組通知後再進行繳費。
七、收費簡略說明：機車1學年200元，平面汽車：1學期2000元(非教師職五折)，地下室汽車：4000元，宿舍區汽車：1000元。
八、教學區申請方式：
(1)教職員請到新校務系統-總務處-事務組-車輛管理系統-停車申請項下申請。(申請後請於事務組溥翔聯絡，分機11303或MAIL：ss216@gms.tcu.edu.tw)
(2)學生請使用下方連結申請。

九、114學年度第1學期已經申辦過機車者並完成繳費者不需重複繳費。
十、教職員已有車位者無須再次申請，停車費將由薪資扣款。
Dear Faculty and Staff,
1. The application period for parking space allocation for the second semester of the 114 academic year is now open and will remain open until 23:00 on March 13, 2026.
2. The deadline for payment is 17:00 on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
3. Vehicles found parked in the campus parking area without a valid application will be subject to legal action, including the impounding of the vehicle. Please do not tamper with motorcycle barriers; any damage to equipment will result in full compensation at the replacement cost.
4. If you currently hold a parking space and wish to relinquish it, please visit the Office of General Affairs, Section of Administration, to process the return of your parking space.
5. To ensure smooth access to the teaching area parking lots, please apply as soon as possible.
6. The central campus car parking spaces are currently fully allocated. Please first submit an application through the system. After submission, you will be placed on a waiting list. Once notified by the Section of Administration, you may proceed with payment.
7. Fee summary: Motorcycle parking for one academic year is NT$200. Surface-level car parking for one semester is NT$2,000 (50% discount for non-faculty staff). Underground car parking is NT$4,000. Dormitory area car parking is NT$1,000.
8. Application procedures for the teaching area:
(1) Faculty and staff should apply via the new campus affairs system: Office of General Affairs > Section of Administration > Vehicle Management System > Parking Application. After submitting your application, please contact Mr. Pu Hsiang at extension 11303 or via email: ss216@gms.tcu.edu.tw.

9. Faculty and staff who have already applied for motorcycle parking and completed payment for the first semester of the 114 academic year are not required to pay again.
10. Faculty and staff who already hold a parking space do not need to reapply. The parking fee will be deducted from your salary.
