📢【115年度輔助國內青年志工赴東南亞僑（華）校志願服務計畫】
為鼓勵國內大專院校青年走向國際、投入海外志願服務，並拓展國際視野，
僑務委員會 辦理「115年度輔助國內青年志工赴東南亞僑（華）校志願服務計畫」，歡迎有志投入海外服務之系所及學生社團踴躍組隊申請。
一、計畫說明
本計畫鼓勵青年志工團隊主動與海外僑（華）校聯繫合作。
志工團隊須依本會公告之僑（華）校服務需求與聯絡資訊，自行洽談並確認服務內容後，再向本會提出經費補助申請。
🔎 本年度服務需求概況：
• 服務國家：馬來西亞、泰國、越南
• 服務學校：共4所僑（華）校
• 志工需求人數：約52人
• 服務時間：115年7月至9月間
二、服務項目（依需求彙整）
1. 華文教育與文化推廣
2. 資訊服務類：
o 科技專題實作營隊（科學實驗、程式設計、AI、Arduino、ESP32等）
o 電腦營隊
3. 圖書館服務：書籍清點與整理
4. 其他專長服務：
o 籃球校隊訓練
o 童軍技能指導
o 多元營隊課程設計與帶領
三、補助重點
🔹 補助對象：國內大專院校組成之18至30歲青年志工團隊（以出團時年齡為準）
🔹 團隊人數：原則2人以上，且具中華民國國籍青年須占團隊半數以上
🔹 補助額度：
• 每位具我國國籍青年志工最高補助新臺幣1萬元
• 每團隊最高補助上限新臺幣8萬元
• 受補助單位須自籌計畫總經費20%以上
四、申請流程
🔸 申請時間：即日起至4月15日止（以郵戳為憑，逾期不受理）
🔸 申請方式：
志工團隊備妥申請文件（一式二份）→ 送所屬學校審核 → 由學校正式函送本會。

**Announcement: 2026 Taiwan Youth Volunteer Program for Overseas Chinese Schools in Southeast Asia**
To encourage university students to engage in international volunteer service and broaden their global perspectives, the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) is launching the **2026 Taiwan Youth Volunteer Program for Overseas Chinese Schools in Southeast Asia**. We warmly invite departments, student organizations, and individuals interested in overseas service to form teams and apply.

### **Program Overview**
This program encourages youth volunteer teams to proactively connect with overseas Chinese schools to establish collaborative service projects. Volunteer teams must first contact the schools listed in the OCAC is published service needs and contact information, confirm the service arrangements, and then submit a funding application to the OCAC.
**2026 Service Overview:**
- **Countries:** Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam
- **Schools:** 4 overseas Chinese schools
- **Volunteer Positions:** Approximately 52 volunteers
- **Service Period:** July to September 2026

### **Service Categories (Based on Needs)**
1. **Chinese Language Education and Cultural Promotion**
2. **Information and Technology Services:**
- Science and Technology Camps (e.g., science experiments, programming, AI, Arduino, ESP32)
- Computer Camps
3. **Library Services:** Book inventory and organization
4. **Other Specialized Services:**
- Basketball team training
- Scout skill instruction
- Multidisciplinary camp curriculum design and facilitation

### **Funding Guidelines**
- **Eligible Applicants:** Volunteer teams composed of students from Taiwanese universities, aged 18–30 (as of departure)
- **Team Size:** Minimum of 2 members; at least half of the team must be Taiwanese citizens
- **Funding Amount:**
- Maximum NT$10,000 per Taiwanese citizen volunteer
- Maximum NT$80,000 per team
- Recipients must raise at least 20% of the total program costs themselves

### **Application Process**
- **Application Period:** From now until April 15, 2024 (applications must be postmarked by this date; late submissions will not be accepted)
- **Application Procedure:**
1. Prepare all required documents (two copies)
2. Submit to your university for review
3. Have your university formally forward the application to the OCAC
