一、依據客家委員會客家知識體系發展獎勵補助計畫作業要點辦理。
二、如欲申請旨揭各類型計畫者，除「客家學術研究計畫之推動」整合型計畫外，請於115年4月30日前至本會獎補助線上申辦系統，填具申請表單及上傳相關資料，完成線上申辦程序後另函送本會申辦資料1式2份；個別型研究計畫申請者如任職於貴校，且為編制內專任人員，應經由貴校函送本會申辦資料1式2份。
三、至「客家學術研究計畫之推動」整合型計畫係採「計畫構想書」與「研究計畫書」兩階段受理，「計畫構想書」收件截止日期為115年3月31日，得免備文逕至本會線上申辦系統填報，「研究計畫書」則請於本會通知「計畫構想書」通過後提送，其收件截止日期為115年4月30日，屆時請由主要提案單位完成線上申辦程序，並函送本會申辦資料1式2份。

I. This announcement is issued in accordance with the Guidelines for the Development and Incentive Grant Program of Hakka Knowledge System by the Hakka Affairs Council.
II. For applicants wishing to submit proposals under the various categories of the aforementioned program, except for the "Integrated Hakka Academic Research Program," please complete the application process by submitting the required forms and uploading relevant documents to the Hakka Affairs Council's Online Grant Application System before April 30, 115. After completing the online application, please also send two hard copies of the application materials to the Hakka Affairs Council. For individual research program applicants who are regular, full-time staff members of your institution, the application materials should be submitted to the Hakka Affairs Council by your institution, with two hard copies.
III. The "Integrated Hakka Academic Research Program" is processed in two stages: the "Research Proposal Outline" and the "Full Research Proposal." The deadline for submitting the "Research Proposal Outline" is March 31, 115. Applicants may directly submit this stage online without the need for a formal letter. The "Full Research Proposal" should be submitted after receiving notification of approval for the "Research Proposal Outline," with a deadline of April 30, 115. At that time, the lead institution should complete the online application process and send two hard copies of the application materials to the Hakka Affairs Council.
