一、請詳閱本校學生修讀輔系、雙主修辧法及查詢各學系、學位學程實施要點規定。
二、申請注意事項：
1.申請資格自二年級（轉學生自轉入第二年）起至最高修業年級（不包括主學系延長修業年限），申請修讀本校或他校輔系/雙主修；每人至多選定一個學系、學位學程，須於規定期間內辦妥申請手續，並經雙方主任同意。
2.應備文件：歷年成績單及學系、學位學程之規定資料(或應試作業，例如：申請兒家系之雙主修)辦理，逾時者視同放棄。
3.114-2學期「雙主修、輔系(加修、放棄)申請」作業時間為2月23日至3月6日止(逾期不受理)。
4.申請路徑「iCAN登入→教務服務→申請專區→教務櫃台→申請登錄→雙主修、輔系(加修、放棄)申請」。(送出表單並非代表已完成，請同學後續追蹤各單位主任是否有完成簽核。)
三、申請查詢路徑：「iCAN登入→教務服務→申請專區→教務櫃台→申請查詢→雙主修、輔系(加修、放棄)申請」。

※護理學系僅開放第一學期申請雙主修。
**Announcement: Application Procedures for Double Major and Minor Programs**
Please refer to the regulations and guidelines for students applying to pursue a double major or minor program at Tzu Chi University. Detailed information regarding each department and program is available for review.
**Application Guidelines:**
1. **Eligibility:**
- Students may apply for a double major or minor program starting from their second year (transfer students from their second year after transfer) up to the maximum allowed duration of study (excluding any extension of the main program).
- Each student may apply to only one department or program. Applications must be submitted within the designated period and require approval from both the department/program director and the student is home department director.
2. **Required Documents:**
- Applicants must submit their academic transcripts and any additional documents or complete any required assessments as specified by the department or program (e.g., specific requirements for the double major in Child and Family Studies).
- Late submissions will be considered as automatic withdrawal.
3. **Application Period for the 114-2 Semester:**
- The application period for the Double Major and Minor Program (including additions or withdrawals) is from February 23 to March 6. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.
4. **Application Process:**
- Log in to iCAN → Academic Services → Application Zone → Academic Counter → Application Registration → Double Major and Minor Program (Addition/Withdrawal) Application.
- Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee completion of the application. Students are advised to follow up with the relevant department/program directors to confirm approval.
