二、旨揭宣導資料取得路徑為：經濟部智慧財產局網站（http://www.tipo.gov.tw/）首頁/著作權/著作權主題網/著作權知識+/校園著作權/教師授課著作權錦囊。
三、檢附該局來文及「著作權法第46條規定之遠距教學應採取合理技術措施之指引」1份(如附件)，謹供本校教師們參考運用。
