一、依據教育部115年2月13日臺教高(一)字第1150017555號函轉經濟部智慧財產局115年2月11日智著字第11560002480號函辦理辦理。
二、請本校教學、行政單位多加善用該局所建置之「校園著作權」專區、教學相關之著作權Q&A、E等公務園+學習平臺「著作權基本觀念」課程等資源，並透過校內多元管道（例如：校內專屬智慧財產權網站專區、校內電子信箱、各類會議）向學生宣導，並向學生傳達勿至侵權網站下載圖書檔案，或至第三方電商平臺銷售及購買盜版圖書商品，以持續提升學生對著作權之正確認知。
三、另檢附該局來文1份(如附件)，其中內容所提供之著作權宣導資源，請連結至各單位專屬智慧財產權網站(頁)專區，並適時更新校內專屬網站及於校內辦理相關活動時多加善用。

ANNOUNCEMENT
I. This notice is issued in accordance with the Ministry of Education is letter No. 1150017555 dated February 13, 2026, which forwards the Intellectual Property Office is letter No. 11560002480 dated February 11, 2026.
II. We kindly request all academic and administrative units within the university to make full use of the resources provided by the Intellectual Property Office, including the “Campus Copyright” section, copyright Q&A materials for teaching, and the “Basic Concepts of Copyright” course on the e-Government Learning Platform. Please utilize various internal channels (such as the university is dedicated intellectual property website, internal email, and various meetings) to promote awareness among students. It is important to remind students not to download books from infringing websites or to buy or sell pirated book products on third-party e-commerce platforms, in order to continuously enhance students i understanding of copyright.
III. Attached is a copy of the Intellectual Property Office is letter (see attachment). Please ensure that the copyright promotion resources provided in the letter are linked to each unit is dedicated intellectual property website section and that the university is internal website is updated in a timely manner. These resources should also be utilized during relevant activities held on campus.
