一、為推動運動文化記憶與再現工作，讓台灣原生的運動故事，進行多元產業應用，本部與文化部共同合作，辦理「雙百萬運動漫畫徵選」，摘述內容如下：
(一)申請資格：依中華民國法令設立登記或經我國政府核准立案之法人、公私立學校、事業或團體。
(二)申請方式及時間：採線上申請，受理期間為115年1月28日起至4月30日。
(三)獎勵項目：以「運動」為主題，全新、未曾在我國境內公開發表或出版發行，且使用我國國家語言之漫畫創作，須於1年內完成紙本單行本發行（150頁以上）或數位平臺連載（翻頁漫畫150頁以上；條漫40回以上且每回60格分鏡以上），並與相關運動團體合作，辦理行銷推廣活動。
(四)獎勵金額：原則評選出5案，每案獎勵新臺幣200萬元。

I. To promote the documentation and revitalization of sports culture, and to facilitate the application of Taiwan's indigenous sports stories across diverse industries, this office, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, is hosting the "Million-Dollar Sports Manga Selection." The key details are as follows:
(1) **Eligibility**: Applications are open to entities, public or private schools, businesses, or organizations that have been legally registered or approved by the Taiwanese government in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China.
(2) **Application Method and Timeline**: Applications must be submitted online. The application period runs from January 28, 2026, to April 30, 2026.
(3) **Award Criteria**: The competition seeks original manga works centered on the theme of "sports," which have not been previously published or released in Taiwan. Submissions must be created in Taiwan's national languages and completed within one year. Works must be published as a print single-volume edition (over 150 pages) or serialized on a digital platform (over 150 pages for page-turning manga, or over 40 episodes for strip manga, with each episode containing at least 60 panels). Applicants must also collaborate with relevant sports organizations to conduct promotional activities.
(4) **Award Amount**: A total of five projects will be selected, with each receiving an award of NT$2 million.
