一、活動旨在強化青年學子國土疆域概念，彰顯我國南海主權，對體驗海軍遠洋巡弋、國軍經略太平島及環保生態教育深具意涵，鼓勵大專院校學生（含博、碩士生）、國中（小）學全民國防教育教師參加。
二、報名期限自即日起迄115年3月16日止，採通訊報名（郵戳為憑；地址：臺北市中山區北安路409號），相關遴選方式，詳載於活動報名簡章，報名表格請逕至國防部政戰資訊服務網（https://gpwd.mnd.gov.tw）或全民國防教育網（https://aode.mnd.gov.tw）下載運用。
1. The purpose of the program is to strengthen young students i understanding of national territory, underscore our nation is sovereignty in the South China Sea, and provide meaningful experiences related to the Navy is blue-water patrol missions, the Armed Forces i management of Taiping Island, as well as environmental and ecological education. University and college students (including doctoral and master is students), as well as junior high and elementary school teachers of All-Out Defense Education, are encouraged to participate.
2. The registration period runs from now until March 16, 2026. Applications must be submitted by mail (postmark date will serve as proof of submission; address: No. 409, Beian Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City).
