親愛的師生您好:

為配合即將到來的228連假(02/27~03/01)及週末假期,建國與介仁兩校區餐廳將持續提供假日三餐的訂餐服務。為確保餐點準備順暢,請務必於上班日內完成相關作業,詳細規則如下:

一、訂、退餐規則:
作業時效:請於上班日內進行系統操作,並務必於用餐前一日14:00前完成訂、退餐作業。
例如:2/27(五)~3/1(日)連假三餐及3/2(一)早餐,應於2/26(四)14點前完成;週六~週日(三餐)及週一(早餐)餐點,應於週五14點前完成。
假期限制:放假日的假期期間系統不開放,屆時將無法提供訂、退餐服務,敬請師生提早安排。
扣款提醒:系統將於訂餐後直接扣款,請確認電子錢包餘額是否充足。
領取權益:餐點若逾時未領取,視同放棄,由工作人員代為處理,恕不接受退費。

二、領餐資訊:
領取時間:早餐08:00、午餐11:00、晚餐16:30起。
領取地點:
建國校區:第一警衛室旁。
介仁校區:合心樓(2A)警衛室旁。

DEAR FACULTY AND STUDENTS,

To accommodate the upcoming Spring Festival holiday (02/27–03/01) and weekend breaks, the cafeterias at both the Jianguo and Jieren campuses will continue to provide holiday meal reservation services. To ensure smooth meal preparation, please complete all relevant procedures during regular working days. Detailed regulations are as follows:

**I. Meal Reservation and Cancellation Rules:**
- **Operation Timelines:** Please perform system operations during regular working days and complete meal reservations or cancellations by 14:00 the day before the intended meal date.
- For example: For the three meals during the Spring Festival holiday (02/27–03/01) and the breakfast on 03/02, please complete reservations or cancellations by 14:00 on 02/26. For weekend (Saturday–Sunday) meals and Monday breakfast, please complete reservations or cancellations by 14:00 on Friday.
- **Holiday Restrictions:** The system will not be accessible during public holidays. Meal reservation and cancellation services will not be available during these periods. Please plan accordingly in advance.
- **Payment Reminder:** Payments will be deducted directly after meal reservations. Please ensure your e-wallet balance is sufficient.
- **Meal Collection Rights:** If meals are not collected within the designated time, they will be considered forfeited and disposed of by staff. No refunds will be accepted.

**II. Meal Collection Information:**
- **Collection Times:** Breakfast at 08:00, Lunch at 11:00, and Dinner at 16:30.
- **Collection Locations:**
- Jianguo Campus: Beside the First Guard Room.
- Jieren Campus: Beside the Guard Room at the Harmony Building (2A).
