115學年度第1學期遠距教學課程即日起開放申請，請有下列情形之課程務必依規定提出申請：
一、需提出申請之課程類型
1. 課程授課時數達二分之一（含）以上以遠距教學方式進行者。
2. 學生修習之遠距課程學分數超過畢業總學分數三分之一者，須以一學年為單位申請並報教育部備查。
二、應備申請資料

三、申請流程
1. 教師：備妥附件一至三，送交所屬系所辦公室。
2. 系所：完成系級課程委員會審議後，彙整資料送交數位教學組，並提送院級課程委員會審查。
3. 數位教學組：提送數位教學推動審議委員會審查。
4. 教資中心：提送校級課程委員會審議。
5. 審查結果將以電子郵件通知。
四、重要提醒
依教育部規範及校內審議原則，遠距課程不受理事後追認，請務必於期限內完成申請程序。

Announcement: Application for distance teaching ourses in the first semester of academic year 115
Applications for distance teaching courses in the first semester of Academic Year 115 are now open. Please ensure that courses meeting the following criteria are submitted for approval in accordance with the regulations:
I. Types of Courses Requiring Application
1. Courses where at least half (or more) of the instructional hours are conducted via distance learning.
2. Courses where the total number of distance learning credits taken by students exceeds one-third of the total graduation credits required. Such courses must be submitted for approval on an annual basis and reported to the Ministry of Education for record.

Attachment 3: Teaching Plan for Distance Learning Courses (electronic file)
III. Application Process
1. Instructor: Prepare Attachments 1 through 3 and submit them to the department office.
2. Department: After the department-level curriculum committee reviews the materials, consolidate the documents and submit them to the Digital Teaching Division, along with the application for review by the college-level curriculum committee.
3. Digital Teaching Division: Submit the application for review by the Digital Teaching Promotion Review Committee.
4. Center for Teaching Resources: Submit the application for review by the university-level curriculum committee.
5. The review results will be notified via email.
IV. Important Reminder
In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and the university is review principles, distance learning courses will not be approved retroactively. Please ensure that all applications are completed within the specified deadline.
