【抵免學分】
一、即日起至3月6日下午17:00止，逕iCAN→抵免學分申請及列印系統辦理。
二、申請登入路徑「iCAN登入→教務服務→申請專區→抵免申請→開始申請」。
三、抵免學分表單分4種（校內轉系、輔系、雙主修、課程替代、校內重補修等不適用）：
1.專業課程抵免學分—系、所、學位學程課程適用。
2.通識課程抵免學分—通識課程適用。
3.體育課程抵免學分—體育課程適用。
4.外語課程抵免學分—外語課程適用。
四、操作說明如下：
1.詳閱申請須知及辦理作業流程，「開始申請」。
2.選擇申請種類：「專業課程」、「通識課程」、「體育課程」、「外語課程」。
3.填寫抵免資料：
輸入「原就讀學校名稱」（如為本校學生要以慈大之甲課程抵乙課程者不需申請抵免，只須向系所申請｢課程認列｣）→點「選擇課程」（欲申請抵免之慈大開設課程）→輸入「原修習課程名稱」、「已修學分」及「申請抵免學分」→送出。若申請抵免課程的數量超過7門課以上，請再填寫新的申請書。
4.下載（儲存）列印申請表。
5.攜帶申請表、原學校成績單正本、抵免課程大綱。
6.送交主課老師及單位主管審查。
7.送交教務處註冊組審核。
【課程免修】
一、即日起至3月6日下午17:00止，下載填寫課程免修資料。
二、攜帶課程免修申請表、入學當學年度分科測驗成績或學測成績單正本。
三、送交主課老師及單位主管審查。
四、送交教務處註冊組審核。
※以上通過後，可於iCAN\教務服務\修習資訊\歷年成績查看。

**Credit Transfer and Course Waiver Application Notice**
【Credit Exemption】
I. The application period for credit transfer and course waiver is from the date of this notice until 17:00 on March 6.
II. Applications must be submitted via the iCAN system under the following path:
iCAN Login → Academic Services → Application Zone → Credit Transfer Application → Start Application.
III. There are four types of credit transfer forms available (students applying for internal transfer, minor, double major, or course substitution within the university are not eligible):
1. **Professional Course Credit Transfer** – applicable to departmental, graduate program, or degree program courses.
2. **General Education Course Credit Transfer** – applicable to general education courses.
3. **Physical Education Course Credit Transfer** – applicable to physical education courses.
4. **Foreign Language Course Credit Transfer** – applicable to foreign language courses.
IV.
1. Carefully review the application guidelines and workflow, then click “Start Application”.
2. Select the type of credit transfer: “Professional Course”, “General Education Course”, “Physical Education Course”, or “Foreign Language Course9.
3. Fill in the credit transfer details:
- Enter the “Name of Previous Institution”. (If you are a current student at Tzu Chi University and wish to transfer credit from Course A to Course B within the university, you do not need to apply for credit transfer; instead, apply for course recognition directly with your department.)
- Click “Select Course” (choose the course at Tzu Chi University for which you wish to transfer credit).
- Enter the “Name of Previously Taken Course”, “Credits Earned”, and “Credits Requested for Transfer”.
- Submit the application. If you are applying for credit transfer for more than seven courses, please submit a new application form.
4. Download (save) and print the application form.
5. Bring the application form, original transcript from the previous institution, and course syllabus for the courses you wish to transfer.
6. Submit the documents to the course instructor and department supervisor for review.
7. Submit the reviewed documents to the Registration Office of the Academic Affairs Division for final approval.
【Course Waiver】
I. Applications for course waiver must be submitted from the date of this notice until 17:00 on March 6.
II. Download and complete the course waiver application form.
III. Bring the completed course waiver application form, along with the original transcript from the entrance examination or the original academic achievement test results for the relevant academic year.
IV.
1. Submit the documents to the course instructor and department supervisor for review.
2. Submit the reviewed documents to the Registration Office of the Academic Affairs Division for final approval.
After approval, you may view your application results via iCAN → Academic Services → Course Information → Historical Academic Records.
