一、依據本校115年度校外賃居訪視輔導(訪)計畫辦理。
二、為使賃居學生於校外租屋時租的安心、住的放心，先期了解租屋常遇問題。宣導正確用電觀念，防範災害產生；建立災害應變能力，降低災損。
三、本次講座邀請花蓮縣政府地價科專員擔任專題講師，講授校外賃居相關契約、用電安全、防災、減災觀念及案例宣導。
四、主持人：牛江山學務長。
五、場次:
(一)建國校區北階軍訓教室：115年3月17日(二)12:20~13:20。
(二)介仁校區2A114階梯教室：115年3月18日(三)12:20~13:20。
(三)中央校區B104階梯教室：115年3月19日(四)12:20~13:20。
六、參加人員：本校在校生及賃居學生，本次活動採報名方式，中午有備午餐，並於開學後第一週開放報名，請同學踴躍參加。
I. This announcement is issued in accordance with the 114 Academic Year Off-Campus Rental Visit and Guidance (Visit) Program of this university.
II. To ensure that students renting off-campus residences can do so with peace of mind and live safely, this initiative aims to raise awareness of common rental issues in advance. It also seeks to promote correct electrical safety practices to prevent accidents and to establish disaster response capabilities, thereby reducing potential losses.
III. This lecture series will feature a specialist from the Land Price Section of Hualien County Government as the keynote speaker, who will provide instruction on relevant rental contracts, electrical safety, disaster prevention, mitigation concepts, and case studies.

(2) 2A114 Lecture Hall, Jieren Campus: March 18, 115 (Tuesday), 12:20 PM – 1:20 PM.
(3) B104 Lecture Hall, Central Campus: March 19, 115 (Wednesday), 12:20 PM – 1:20 PM.
VI. Participants: All currently enrolled students of this university, including those residing off-campus. Registration is required for this event. A lunch will be provided. Registration will open during the first week after the start of the semester. We encourage all students to participate actively. |
