一、為遂行教育部校外賃居學生輔導政策，主動關懷本校校外賃居學生，注意其生活環境安全與作息，預防意外肇生。
二、針對本校學生進行校外賃居訪視，一學年訪示一次，由導師、輔導教官進行訪視，了解校外賃居學生相關生活作息及環境安全。
三、訪視期程自115年1月1日至5月20日前，訪視完後並將相關訪視紀錄(照片)，登錄於本校現居地管理系統，以建立相關資料。
四、114-2學期尚未完成訪視學生，禮品可至三校區學生務處生輔組簽領，領取日自至115年２月23日至5月20止。
(一)中央校區：學務處生輔組陳秋燕校安。
(二)介仁校區：聯合辦公室張世超校安。
(三)建國校區：學務處生輔組湯定榮。
五、請各位班導師針對校外賃居學生在校外租居協助掌握，還有很多學生尚未現居地管理系統填寫現居地，屆時會在期末導師會議報告訪視情形。

Follow-up Visits for Off-Campus Students**
To implement the Ministry of Education is policy on the guidance of students residing off-campus, the university will proactively care for its students living outside the campus, ensuring their living environment is safe and their daily routines are well-managed, thereby preventing any unforeseen incidents.
The university will conduct annual follow-up visits to off-campus students. These visits will be carried out by homeroom teachers and guidance officers to assess the students i living conditions and routines, as well as the safety of their living environments.
The follow-up visits will take place from January 1, 2026, to May 20, 2026. After the visits, all related records (including photographs) will be uploaded to the university is Current Residence Management System to establish a comprehensive database.
For students who have not yet completed their follow-up visits in the 114-2 semester, gifts will be available for collection at the Student Affairs Office, Student Support Section, on all three campuses. The collection period is from February 23, 2026, to May 20, 2026.

Homeroom teachers are kindly requested to continue monitoring the off-campus living arrangements of their students. There are still many students who have not yet entered their current residence information into the Current Residence Management System. The results of the follow-up visits will be reported at the end-of-term homeroom teacher meetings.
