各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為完善本校就學輔導機制，協助符合資格之同學瞭解115年度完善就學輔導機制獎助金之申請方式與相關規定，特舉辦說明會，以提升申請效率與權益保障。
本次說明會將於各校區分別舉行，內容包含申請資格、流程說明、常見問題解析及現場諮詢。參加者可於說明會現場獲得最新申請資訊，並有機會與相關負責人員面對面交流。
參加說明會需注意下列事項：
1. 自115年起，申請方式有所異動，請務必依各校區說明會日期及地點參加，以確保符合資格。
2. 本次說明會不備午餐，請同學自備午餐或於會前用餐。
說明會時程及地點如下：
- 建國校區：3月3日（星期二）12:40-13:10，地點為北階軍訓教室。
- 介仁校區：3月4日（星期三）12:40-13:10，地點為2A114階梯教室。
- 中央校區：3月5日（星期四）12:40-13:10，地點為B104階梯教室。
請有意申請之同學準時參加，並攜帶相關資料以便現場諮詢。如有疑問，請洽各校區相關單位。

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
To further enhance our student support mechanisms and assist eligible students in understanding the application procedures and relevant regulations for the 115 Academic Year Student Support Grant, we are pleased to announce an informational session. This event aims to improve application efficiency and safeguard student rights.
The session will be held separately at each campus and will cover the following topics: eligibility criteria, application procedures, frequently asked questions, and on-site consultations. Participants will have the opportunity to obtain the latest application information and engage directly with relevant staff members.
Please note the following important details:
1. Starting from the 115 Academic Year, there have been changes to the application process. Please ensure you attend the session at your designated campus according to the scheduled date and location to meet eligibility requirements.
2. No lunch will be provided at the session. Please bring your own lunch or dine before the event.
The schedule and venues for the sessions are as follows:
- **Jiangguo Campus:** March 3 (Tuesday), 12:40–13:10, North Auditorium Military Training Room.
- **Jiereh Campus:** March 4 (Wednesday), 12:40–13:10, Room 2A114, Lecture Hall.
- **Zhongyang Campus:** March 4 (Thursday), 12:40–13:10, Room B104, Lecture Hall.
Students who intend to apply are kindly requested to attend on time and bring relevant documents for on-site consultation. For any inquiries, please contact the relevant units at your respective campus.
