 主  旨  公告:有關特休假未休畢申請展延事宜Announcement: Regarding the application for extension of unused annual leave.

各位同仁您好:

  為提醒並協助同仁妥善運用特休假權益,人資處特此溫馨提醒:特休假原則上仍以於使用期限內休畢為宜,敬請同仁依個人及業務情形提早規劃休假安排。

如因業務需要或其他特殊原因,經評估確實無法於原使用期限內休畢者,請於原使用截止日前 20 天,以書面方式提出特休假展延申請,並於核准後始得辦理展延。

若未於期限內提出申請,或申請未經核准者,其未休畢之特別休假將無法辦理展延,敬請同仁特別留意相關時程,以維護自身休假權益。

Dear Colleagues,

To remind and assist staff members in making proper use of their annual leave entitlements, the Human Resources Division would like to kindly remind you that, in principle, annual leave should be taken within the designated period. We kindly request that you plan your leave arrangements in advance, taking into account both personal circumstances and work requirements.

If, due to work needs or other special reasons, it is indeed assessed that annual leave cannot be taken within the original period, please submit a written application for an extension of annual leave at least 20 days prior to the original deadline. The extension may only be processed after approval has been granted.

Should an application not be submitted within the stipulated timeframe, or if the application is not approved, any unused annual leave will not be eligible for an extension. We kindly ask that you pay particular attention to the relevant deadlines to safeguard your leave entitlements.
