一、自即日起，(中)低收入戶可逕自數位發展部所建置之個人化資料自主運用(My Data)平臺下載(中)低收入戶電子證明書。
二、上網下載之前，只須備妥身分驗證憑證(備妥：申請人健保卡及申請人行動電話)，至 MyData平臺 https://mydata.nat.gov.tw/ →「找文件｣頁面 →「關鍵字搜尋｣欄位 → 填寫「低收入戶及中低收入戶證明」搜尋後，依步驟操作即可，檔案內定密碼為身分證字號（英文字母大寫），請多加宣傳運用!

**Announcement Regarding the Download of Electronic Certificates for (Medium-)Low-Income Households**
1. As of today, individuals from (medium-)low-income households may directly download electronic certificates for (medium-)low-income households from the Personalized Data Self-Service (My Data) platform established by the Ministry of Digital Development.
2. Prior to downloading online, applicants need only prepare their identity verification credentials (i.e., the applicant is National Health Insurance card and mobile phone) to access the MyData platform at https://mydata.nat.gov.tw/. Navigate to the “Find Documents” page, enter “Certificate for (Medium-)Low-Income Households” in the keyword search field, and follow the on-screen instructions. The default password for the downloaded file is the applicant is national identification number (with uppercase letters). Please widely promote and utilize this service.
3. For any inquiries, please contact the Social Affairs Section of Zhushan Township Office, Nantou County:
- For low-income households: Extension 704, Ms. Chang
- For medium-low-income households: Extension 711, Ms. Lin
