為維護春節期間校園安全，預計辦理以下安全措施。
春節管制期間:
115年2月13日(五)23：00時起至115年2月21日(六)上午06：00時止。
(一)中央校區：
1. 春節期間各教學大樓門禁刷卡管制，師生請使用自己的識別證刷卡，其餘需臨時進入者，請至警衛室登記借用感應卡片，其他樓層管理單位認為有必要請自行上鎖關閉。上鎖單位須將備份鑰匙送至警衛室保管，以防不時之需。
2. 3號門(大喜館旁機車停車場) 春節期間管制不開啟、機車請改停放在校門口外中央路旁機車格。
3. 4號門(三號停車場)付費停放者仍可照常刷卡進出(開放刷卡時間6:00至23:30止)。
4. 6號門（同心圓餐廳旁）春節期間進行管制不開啟，師生請由大門或宿舍地下道進出，特殊情形需由該門進出請按對講機通知警衛室。
6.宿舍區7號門(機車停車場旁)，春節期間進行管制不開啟，請由同心圓警衛亭出入車道進出。
(二)介仁校區：
1.各樓中央走道鐵門依申請單位地點開放；各樓外圍鐵捲門管制不開啟。
2.2、3號門管制不開啟，人員如需到校請統一由大門進入。
3.各電梯停止使用，春節期間如需使用請至警衛室填登記，由警衛人員協助開啟。
(三)建國校區：
1.各樓走道鐵捲門依申請單位地點開放；各樓外圍鐵門管制不開啟。
2.3號鐵門管制不開啟，人員如需到校請統一由大門進入。
3.教學區電梯進行管制，教職員請刷識別證使用。
(四)提醒事項：
1.辦公處所、空間及實驗室內，請勿留存錢財現金；若於校區發現可疑人物，請儘速通報警勤同仁。(中央校區11306、建國校區22336、介仁校區31356)
2.各空間管理單位最後離校人員，請確實檢查關閉門窗，拔除、關閉不使用之電源，使用中之電源確認無超載情形。

**Notice Regarding Campus Security Measures During the Lunar New Year Period**
To ensure campus safety during the Lunar New Year holiday, the following security measures will be implemented:
**Lunar New Year Security Period:**
From 11:00 PM on February 13, 2026 (Monday) to 6:00 AM on February 21, 2026 (Saturday).

**(I) Central Campus:**
1. **Access Control in Teaching Buildings:**
During the Lunar New Year period, access to all teaching buildings will be restricted to card-swipe entry. Faculty and students must use their own identification cards. For temporary access, visitors must register at the security office to obtain a temporary access card. If any floor management unit deems it necessary, doors may be locked and secured. Backup keys for locked areas must be submitted to the security office for safekeeping in case of emergencies.
2. **Gate No. 3 (Near Motorcycle Parking Lot):**
Gate No. 3 will remain closed during the Lunar New Year period. Motorcycles should be parked in the motorcycle parking spaces along Central Road outside the main gate.
3. **Gate No. 4 (Near Parking Lot No. 3):**
Paid parking users may continue to enter and exit by card-swipe as usual (operational hours: 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM).
4. **Gate No. 6 (Near Tung Hsin Yuan Restaurant):**
Gate No. 6 will remain closed during the Lunar New Year period. Faculty and students should enter or exit via the main gate or the underground passage to the dormitory. In special circumstances requiring entry or exit through Gate No. 6, please contact the security office via intercom.
5. **Gate No. 7 (Near Motorcycle Parking Lot, Dormitory Area):**
Gate No. 7 will remain closed during the Lunar New Year period. Please use the access lane at the Tung Hsin Yuan security booth for entry and exit.

**(II) Jie Ren Campus:**
1. **Central Corridor Gates:**
Central corridor gates will be opened according to the location of the requesting unit. Outer perimeter gates will remain closed during the Lunar New Year period.
2. **Gates No. 2 and No. 3:**
Gates No. 2 and No. 3 will remain closed. All personnel entering the campus must use the main gate.
3. **Elevator Access:**
All elevators will be out of service. If elevator access is required during the Lunar New Year period, please register at the security office, and security personnel will assist in unlocking the elevator.

**(III) Jian Guo Campus:**
1. **Corridor Gates:**
Corridor gates will be opened according to the location of the requesting unit. Outer perimeter gates will remain closed during the Lunar New Year period.
2. **Gate No. 3:**
Gate No. 3 will remain closed. All personnel entering the campus must use the main gate.
3. **Teaching Area Elevators:**
Elevators in the teaching area will be restricted to card-swipe access for faculty and staff.

**(IV) Reminders:**
1. **Safety Precautions:**
Do not leave cash or valuables in offices, laboratories, or any campus spaces. If any suspicious individuals are observed on campus, please report immediately to the security staff.
2. **Final Departure Checks:**
The last person to leave any space should ensure that all doors and windows are securely closed, and all unused electrical appliances are unplugged and powered off. For equipment in use, confirm that there is no risk of electrical overload.
