※申請文件請參照申請辦法所要求之提供，請勿提供沒要求之其餘證明，節省紙張用量，暨環保節又節能減碳。
※如果您不符合以上資格，請勿強行送件，不符資格者一律退件。
※送來之資料未齊全及缺件，則不予收件，請再送件前仔細檢查。

Submission Instructions: Please submit only the documents required by the application guidelines. Do not submit additional documents that are not requested, in order to save paper and support environmental protection, energy conservation, and carbon reduction.
Important Note: If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, do not submit an application. Applications from ineligible applicants will be rejected.
Incomplete Submissions: Applications with missing or incomplete documents will not be accepted. Please carefully review all materials before submission. |
