說明：
一、麻豆新樓醫院為獎勵成績優異之在學學生，使其專心學習與畢業後順利就業，特訂定本辦法。
二、申請日期：即日起至115年03月31日止。
三、申請對象：就讀護理科系所（科）學籍之在學學生。
四、申請資格：下列條件皆需全數具備。
（一）護理系所（科）之二技第一年下學期或第二年及大學（含四技）三年級及五、專四年級以上在學學生。
（二）學業成績：申請當時之前學年（二技若於第一年下學期申請，使用上學期成績）總成績75分（含）以上，專業科目皆為75分（含）以上（不含重補修）。
（三）操行成績80分（含）以上，不曾有小過以上之處分。
（四）不得出現延後畢業之情形（含重補修及學程實習等）。
（五）具備以上資格並由學校老師推薦人選，且以清寒學子優先。

**Announcement: Application for the Madou New Building Hospital Scholarship**
To encourage outstanding students to focus on their studies and ensure smooth employment after graduation, the Madou New Building Hospital has established this scholarship program.
**Application Period:**
Applications are now open and must be submitted by March 31, 2026.
**Eligible Applicants:**
Current students enrolled in nursing-related departments or programs.
**Application Criteria:**
Applicants must meet all of the following conditions:
1. **Academic Standing:**
- Students in the second semester of the first year of a two-year associate degree program, or in the second year of such a program, or in the third year of a four-year bachelor is program (including four-year technical programs), or in the fourth or fifth year of a five-year program.
2. **Academic Performance:**
- A cumulative grade point average of 75 or higher in the previous academic year (for two-year associate degree students applying in the second semester of their first year, the previous semester is grades will be used).
- All professional course grades must be 75 or higher (excluding retakes or supplementary exams).
3. **Behavioral Conduct:**
- A conduct score of 80 or higher.
- No record of minor or more severe disciplinary actions.
4. **Graduation Status:**
- No instances of delayed graduation (including retakes, supplementary exams, or internship-related delays).
5. **Recommendation:**
- Must be recommended by a faculty member at the applicant is institution.
- Preference will be given to students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds. |
