各位教職員生好：
農曆春節假期將至，考量假期間實驗室多處於關閉狀態，為確實防範火災、洩漏及其他意外事故，
敬請各實驗室負責人及使用人員於離校前務必落實下列安全巡檢與防護措施：
一、 離校前巡檢重點
•能源與管線： 確實關閉不必要之電源、水源、瓦斯及氣體管線。
•化學品管理： 化學藥品請確實密封，並依相容性分類歸位至藥品櫃中。
•氣體鋼瓶： 確認鋼瓶主閥關閉，並確認鏈條或固定架已穩固鎖緊。
•清除易燃堆積物，確保逃生通道暢通。
•確實關閉並上鎖實驗室門窗。
•檢查門口「緊急聯絡人」資訊是否更新且正確。
二、 假期期間進出規範
•如需進入實驗室，請嚴格遵守校內規定完成申請與通報。
•嚴禁單獨進行高風險實驗，務必遵守雙人作業規定，以確保自身安全。
懇請各單位主管協助督導，落實實驗場所巡檢，共同維護校園安全。

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
With the Lunar New Year holiday approaching, most laboratories will be closed or unattended during this period. To effectively prevent fires, chemical leaks, and other accidents, all laboratory managers and users are requested to strictly implement the following safety inspections and preventive measures before leaving campus:
I. Key Inspection Points Before Departure
•Energy & Pipelines: Ensure all unnecessary power sources, water taps, gas valves, and gas pipelines are turned off.
•Chemical Management: Ensure chemical containers are tightly sealed and stored in designated cabinets according to compatibility and classification regulations.
•Gas Cylinders: Confirm that main cylinder valves are closed and that cylinders are securely fastened with chains or racks.
•Clear away flammable debris and ensure emergency exit routes are unobstructed.
•Ensure laboratory doors and windows are tightly closed and locked.
•Check if the "Emergency Contact" information posted at the entrance is up-to-date and accurate.
II. Regulations for Laboratory Access During the Holiday
•If access to the laboratory is necessary, please strictly adhere to university regulations and complete the required application and notification procedures.
•Solo work on high-risk experiments is strictly prohibited. Please ensure the "two-person rule" is followed to guarantee personal safety.
We earnestly request unit supervisors to assist in supervising and ensuring that laboratory inspections are carried out to jointly maintain campus safety.
