一、依據教育部115年2月9日臺教學(五)字第1150015004號函轉內政部115年2月5日內授警字第1150878118號函辦理。
二、為因應詐騙手法快速演變，內政部警政署於「165打詐儀錶板」導入AI智能客服小幫手，整合防詐資料庫提供即時互動諮詢，可依民眾描述情境辨識詐騙風險並提供具體處置建議；另具備涉詐網址即時查詢功能，可判斷網站是否具詐騙風險(使用方式如附件)，請同學們一起來協助推廣。

In accordance with the Ministry of Education is letter No. 1150015004, dated February 9, 2026, forwarded from the Ministry of the Interior is letter No. 1150878118, dated February 5, 2026.
To address the rapidly evolving nature of fraudulent schemes, the Criminal Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of the Interior has introduced an AI-powered virtual assistant, “165 Anti-Fraud Dashboard,” which integrates a comprehensive anti-fraud database to provide real-time interactive consultations. This system can identify potential fraud risks based on user-described scenarios and offer specific recommendations for action. Additionally, it features a real-time query function for suspicious websites, enabling users to determine whether a site poses a fraud risk (for usage instructions, please refer to the attached document). We kindly request all students to join us in promoting this initiative.
