一、邇來發生我赴美國大學就讀之短期交換生遭電話詐騙鉅款案，為防制類此情事，請各校運用旨揭簡報向擬出國學習（含修讀學位、交換、實習、短期研修及遊學等）之學生強化宣導慎防海外詐騙，以維護學生海外安全。

Subject: Strengthening Anti-Fraud Awareness for Students Studying Abroad
In recent months, there have been incidents involving Tzu Chi University students participating in short-term exchange programs in the United States who have fallen victim to significant telephone fraud. To prevent similar occurrences, we kindly request all units to utilize the provided presentation materials to reinforce awareness and preventive measures against overseas fraud among students planning to study abroad (including degree programs, exchange programs, internships, short-term research, and study tours).
