為配合課務組公告「課表與場地使用衝突處理原則」,提醒各單位於開學初期(前三週)申請場地借用時,請務必留意課表異動情形。
1.開學初期課程調整頻繁,教學使用為優先,若場地借用時間與課務表更新後課程時間衝突,將以課堂教學使用為主。
2.請各單位於開學初期使用場地前,先確認最新課表及場地使用狀況,避免與課程時間衝突。
3.若借用人場地與課務組排課重複會有MAIL通知,敬請留意。
4.課務組公告資訊請參考相關連結。

Dear Faculty and Staff,
To align with the Academic Affairs Office's announcement regarding the "Guidelines for Resolving Conflicts between Class Schedules and Venue Usage," we kindly remind all units to pay close attention to any changes in the class schedule when applying for venue reservations during the initial weeks of the semester (the first three weeks).
1. During the early weeks of the semester, course adjustments are frequent. Teaching activities take priority. If a venue reservation conflicts with an updated class schedule, the teaching activity will take precedence.
2. Please ensure that you check the latest class schedule and venue availability before making any reservations during the initial weeks of the semester to avoid scheduling conflicts.
3. If a venue reservation conflicts with a course arranged by the Academic Affairs Office, you will receive a notification via email. Please keep an eye on your inbox.
4. For more information, please refer to the relevant announcement links provided by the Academic Affairs Office.
