說明：
一、旨揭培訓課程為培育半導體產業所需之實務型人才，課程內容兼顧理論基礎與實作體驗，使參訓學員即便非相關科系背景，亦能逐步理解半導體產業從製程、封裝至量測之運作流程，使其具備半導體製程、電性檢測與品質管控等知識能力，提供學員與半導體相關企業媒合就業之服務，拓展職涯發展。
二、課程相關資訊如下：
(一)訓練期間：115年3月16日至同年4月21日，上午9時至下午4時。
(二)授課地點：本校自強校區電機系館及南科校區台達大樓。
(三)招生名額：以錄取30人為限。
(四)參訓資格：年滿15歲(含)以上具工作意願之待業者。
(五)報名時間：即日起至115年2月27日下午5時前。

**Announcement: Training Program for Semiconductor Industry Talent Development**
To cultivate practical talent required by the semiconductor industry, this training program is designed to provide participants with both theoretical foundations and hands-on experience. The curriculum covers the entire semiconductor industry workflow, from manufacturing processes to packaging and measurement, enabling participants—even those without a related academic background—to gradually understand and acquire essential knowledge and skills in semiconductor manufacturing, electrical testing, and quality control. The program also facilitates employment matching with semiconductor-related enterprises, thereby broadening participants i career prospects.
**Course Details:**
1. **Training Period:** March 16, 2026, to April 21, 2026 (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily).
2. **Venue:** Department of Electrical Engineering, Jiqiang Campus, and Delta Building, Nankai Campus, Tzu Chi University.
3. **Capacity:** Limited to 30 participants.
4. **Eligibility:** Unemployed individuals aged 15 or older who are willing to work.
5. **Application Period:** From the date of this announcement until 5:00 PM on February 27, 2026.
