說明：
一、為因應大專校院職涯輔導人員培訓需求，擺渡人生設計辦理「職涯錨定解測培訓班」，並申請勞動部勞動力發展署iCAP認證中，期望協助校內培訓種子職涯輔導師資，以提升學生職涯輔導之效能。
二、課程內容：
(一)工具應用：完整擺渡職涯錨定量表解測技術，協助學生了解個人能力、動機與價值觀，找到職涯中想要發展的角色。
(二)課程效益：以探索職涯價值與內在動機為基礎，協助學生錨定職涯方向與角色定位。
(三)專業認證：完成培訓及考核通過後，即可成為「職涯錨定解測人員」。
三、課程資訊：
(一)課程培訓方式：實體授課（含理論學習、筆試與實務演練）。
(二)課程時間：預計2026年4月11日（六）開課，為期三日，詳細授課日期，請參閱課程簡章。
(三)課程對象：大專院校職涯輔導老師與職員、其他相關職涯導師及職輔人員。
(四)課程費用：原價12,000元/人，推廣期間符合培訓資格者全額免費。
(五)課程人數：以20人為上限，每單位最多錄取2位學員。
四、課程報名方式：
(一)一律採取線上報名。
(二)報名日期：即日起至2026年3月10日（二）12:00止。
(三)錄取結果通知：2026年3月18日（三），以電子郵件通知，請報名者留意個人電子信箱。

**Announcement: Career Anchor Assessment Training Program**
To meet the training needs of career counselors in higher education institutions, the Career Anchor Assessment Training Program is being organized by the Career Anchor Institute. The program is currently applying for iCAP certification from the Labor Development Agency under the Ministry of Labor. The aim is to assist in cultivating seed career counselors within the university, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of career guidance for students.
**Course Content:**
1. **Tool Application:** Comprehensive training in the Career Anchor Assessment Tool, designed to help students understand their personal abilities, motivations, and values, and to identify the roles they wish to develop in their careers.
2. **Course Benefits:** Focused on exploring career values and intrinsic motivations, the program assists students in anchoring their career direction and role positioning.
3. **Professional Certification:** Upon successful completion of the training and assessment, participants will be certified as Career Anchor Assessment Practitioners.
**Course Information:**
1. **Training Method:** In-person instruction, including theoretical learning, written examinations, and practical exercises.
2. **Course Dates:** The program is scheduled to commence on Saturday, April 11, 2026, and will last for three days. Detailed course dates will be provided in the course syllabus.
3. **Target Audience:** Career counselors and staff from higher education institutions, as well as other relevant career mentors and career guidance professionals.
4. **Course Fee:** The regular fee is NT$12,000 per participant. During the promotional period, qualified participants will receive the training free of charge.
5. **Capacity:** The program is limited to 20 participants, with a maximum of two participants per institution.
