一、為辦理本校 115 年度「學海築夢」及「新南向學海築夢」計畫，茲將申請流程、重要日程、審查重點及本年度修正事項說明如下，敬請有意申請之計畫主持人務必詳閱並依規定期限辦理。
二、申請三步驟（缺一不可）
1️⃣ 先開帳號
請 E-mail 計畫大綱（主持人姓名、計畫名稱、實習國家／機構、學生數）至全球事務處，申請開通「學海計畫系統」。
（欲申請今年度者皆須完成帳號開通）。
2️⃣ 線上填寫＋紙本送件
完成線上填寫申請書後，備妥紙本文件（封面已簽章），送交所屬學院。
3️⃣ 學院彙整送件
通過學院初審後，由學院統一送全球事務處。
三、申請日程
（一）申請期間：115 年 01 月 30 日起至 115 年 02 月 26 日止
（二）學院送達全球事務處截止時間：115 年 03 月 03 日（17:00 前）
四、審查標準
（一）學生赴國外實習期間應至少連續 28 日，補助期限最長以一學年為限；惟赴印尼實習者，至少應連續 25 日。（以上不含來回交通日程）
（二）優先考量選送學生至具發展潛力或符合我國長期發展優勢之企業或機構進行實習。
（三）依據「慈濟大學辦理教育部學海系列補助作業要點」及「慈濟大學學生海外交流辦法」辦理（114 年 12 月 19 日第 217 次行政會議修正通過）。
五、重要修正與新增事項（115 年度重點提醒）
（一）計畫主持人或共同主持人訪視實習機構時，須實地前往學生實習機構進行訪視，不得以本補助開發新合作點或拜會其他機構。
（二）訪視天數以 14 天為上限，本校補助標準如下：
訪視 3–5 位學生：7 天為限
訪視 6–8 位學生：10 天為限
訪視 9 位學生以上：14 天為限
（三）須安排當地職涯輔導員或實習指導老師至少 1 名，作為聯繫窗口。
（四）經費補助以學生為優先，每位學生以補助一次為限；學生完成國際來回經濟艙機票補助後，始得補助計畫主持人赴海外實習機構進行訪視，並以補助 1 人為限。補助項目原則以國際來回經濟艙機票為主，必要時得酌予補助海外生活費，補助金額以教育部核定額度為上限。
六、本公告相關事項，悉依相關辦法要點辦理。
**Announcement Regarding the Application Process for the 115 Academic Year "Study Abroad Dream Building" and "New Southbound Study Abroad Dream Building" Programs**
To facilitate the application process for the 115 Academic Year "Study Abroad Dream Building" and "New Southbound Study Abroad Dream Building" Programs at our university, the following outlines the application procedures, key timelines, review criteria, and important updates for this academic year. All principal investigators who intend to apply are kindly requested to carefully review this announcement and submit their applications within the stipulated deadlines.
**Three Essential Steps for Application (All Steps Must Be Completed)**
1. **Account Creation**
Please email the project outline (including the principal investigator's name, project title, internship country/institution, and number of students) to the Office of Global Affairs to request access to the "Study Abroad Program System."
(All applicants for this academic year must complete account creation.)
2. **Online Submission and Paper Submission**
After completing the online application form, prepare the signed hard copy documents (including the cover page) and submit them to the respective college.
3. **College Consolidation and Submission**
After passing the college's preliminary review, the college will consolidate and submit all applications to the Office of Global Affairs.
**Application Timeline**
1. **Application Period:** From January 30, 115 to February 26, 115.
2. **Deadline for Colleges to Submit to the Office of Global Affairs:** March 3, 115 (before 17:00).
**Review Criteria**
1. Students must complete a continuous internship abroad for at least 28 days, with the maximum subsidy period limited to one academic year. However, for internships in Indonesia, the minimum duration is 25 days. (Travel days are not included.)
2. Priority will be given to internships at enterprises or institutions that have development potential or align with Taiwan's long-term development advantages.
3. Applications will be processed in accordance with the "Guidelines for the Implementation of the Ministry of Education's Study Abroad Series Subsidy Program at Tzu Chi University" and the "Regulations for Overseas Exchange Programs for Tzu Chi University Students," as amended at the 217th Administrative Meeting on December 19, 114.
**Important Updates and Additions (Key Reminders for the 115 Academic Year)**
1. When visiting the internship institution, the principal investigator or co-investigator must personally visit the student's internship site and may not use this subsidy to develop new cooperation points or visit other institutions.
2. The maximum number of visit days is 14, with the following subsidy standards:
- Visiting 3–5 students: Limited to 7 days.
- Visiting 6–8 students: Limited to 10 days.
- Visiting 9 or more students: Limited to 14 days.
3. At least one local career counselor or internship supervisor must be arranged as a contact person.
4. Subsidies will prioritize students, with each student eligible for one subsidy. Only after the student has received reimbursement for the international round-trip economy-class airfare can the principal investigator be reimbursed for the visit to the overseas internship institution, limited to one person. Subsidies will primarily cover international round-trip economy-class airfare, and in necessary cases, a limited amount of overseas living expenses may be reimbursed, subject to the Ministry of Education's approved budget.
All matters related to this announcement will be processed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
