一、旨揭計畫徵求之申請機構條件：
(一)以國家科學及技術委員會「科研成果產業化平台」之執行機構為提案單位。
(二)其他符合國家科學及技術委員會補助專題研究計畫作業要點第二點規定之本會受補助單位， 二、如有意願申請本計畫之師長，請依照各平台之受理申請程序及受理期限向該平台提出。相關文件請至官方網站參閱，如下連結。

**Announcement: Application Guidelines for the Program**
1. **Eligibility Criteria for Application Institutions:**
- The submitting institution must be the executing agency of the "Research and Development Commercialization Platform" under the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC).
- Other institutions eligible for support under the NSTC is Guidelines for the Granting of Special Research Projects, as stipulated in Article 2, may also apply.
2. **Application Process:**
- Faculty members interested in applying for this program are requested to follow the application procedures and deadlines specified by each platform and submit their proposals accordingly.
