一. 申請時間:
即日起至115年3月11日(三)截止。
二. 申請資格:
1.碩士班一至二年級、博士班一至五年級之在學學生。
2.未於校內領取其它獎學金、助學獎勵補助。
3.不具校內、校外專職身分者。
三. 申請方式:
1. 請填寫「研究生助學金申請表」，經指導教授簽核後，於3月11日(三)前繳交至所屬研究所辦公室。
2. 各研究所辦公室請於3月13日（五）前，彙整學生申請資料，填寫助學金印領清冊。請將清冊電子檔寄至課務組信箱(just251103@gms.tcu.edu.tw)，紙本清冊與學生申請表則請繳交至教務處課務組。
3. 助學金於第一個月撥款完成後，課務組將把「助學金申請表」歸還至各所存檔備查。
四. 其他注意事項
尚未提供匯款帳戶學生，請檢附存摺封面影本，於申請時提交至所屬系所辦公室。
**Notice Regarding the Application for Graduate Student Financial Aid**
**I. Application Period:**
Applications are accepted from the date of this announcement until March 11, 2026 (Saturday).
**II. Eligibility Criteria:**
1. Full-time graduate students currently enrolled in the first or second year of a master is program, or the first to fifth year of a doctoral program.
2. Applicants must not have received any other scholarships or financial aid from the university.
3. Applicants must not hold any full-time positions, either within or outside the university.
**III. Application Procedure:**
1. Applicants are required to complete the “Graduate Student Financial Aid Application Form.” After obtaining the signature of their academic advisor, the form must be submitted to the respective graduate institute is office by March 11, 2026 (Saturday).
2. Each graduate institute is office is responsible for consolidating all student applications and completing the “Financial Aid Disbursement Register.” The electronic version of the register should be emailed to the Academic Affairs Office (just251103@gms.tcu.edu.tw) by March 13, 2026 (Monday). The paper copy of the register, along with the original application forms, must be submitted to the Academic Affairs Office.
3. After the first month is disbursement is completed, the Academic Affairs Office will return the “Graduate Student Financial Aid Application Form” to the respective graduate institute for record-keeping purposes.
**IV. Other Matters:**
Students who have not yet provided their bank account information for disbursement must submit a copy of the front page of their bankbook to their respective department or institute office at the time of application.
