壹、頒獎標準：
一、頒獎期限：申請/舉薦獎項時限自114年5月1日至115年4月30日止（獎狀/證書日期為準。截止日得獎之團隊，專案審核之）。
二、凡經本府遴選報名參加全國性競賽，符合「表揚門檻標準表」資格、層次、項目者。
三、凡經本府核定參加之國際性正式比賽優勝者。
四、如未經本府核定或遴選報名，但設籍本縣之個人或團體，參加中央部會主辦（核備）之全國性公辦競賽活動或國際性公辦競賽活動，表現卓越優異，符合「表揚門檻標準表」列舉獎項，經審查符合資格者。
五、申請個人表揚及團隊舉薦表揚所須檢附相關證明文件，請依據表揚門檻標準表之檢附資料說明之規定辦理。
貳、獎項內容：
一、凡符合前項「頒獎標準」之團體，頒予獎座壹座獎勵；另外團體優勝成員（含團體錦標賽單項優勝隊員等）由本府致贈獎狀壹幀，由各單位學校於盛大集會時公開轉頒表揚。
二、凡符合前項「頒獎標準」之個人，頒予「雲林之光」獎座壹座（含獎狀壹幀）。
三、同一個人在同一年度內不得重複頒授獎座，惟可將優勝獎項逐一列舉，併列「優勝事蹟」臚列登錄，肯定表彰殊榮。
四、各團體如設有後援會（應有具體贊助作為者，經查據屬實），檢附具體事蹟照片，審查核符後，由本府致贈感謝狀壹幀。
参、表揚及頒獎方式：
為頒授「雲林之光」獎章，由本府辦理表揚大會。
ANNOUNCEMENT
**I. Awarding Criteria**
1. **Awarding Period:**
Applications/recommendations for awards must be submitted within the period from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026 (the date on the certificate shall be taken as the reference. Teams winning on the deadline date will be subject to special review).
2. Any individual or team selected and registered by this office to participate in national competitions, and who meet the eligibility, level, and category criteria specified in the "Award Threshold Standards Table," shall be eligible for recognition.
3. Any individual or team who have been officially approved by this office to participate in international formal competitions and have achieved outstanding results shall be eligible for recognition.
4. Individuals or groups registered in this county, who have not been approved or selected by this office, but have participated in national or international official competitions organized (or approved) by central government agencies, and have demonstrated exceptional performance, meeting the criteria listed in the "Award Threshold Standards Table," and who are found eligible after review, shall also be eligible for recognition.
5. For applications for individual recognition or team recommendations, applicants must submit the relevant supporting documents as specified in the "Award Threshold Standards Table."
**II. Award Content**
1. Any group meeting the above "Awarding Criteria" shall be awarded a trophy. Additionally, outstanding members of the group (including individual winners in team competitions) shall be presented with a certificate by this office, to be publicly awarded during a major assembly organized by the respective school or unit.
2. Any individual meeting the above "Awarding Criteria" shall be awarded the "Light of Yunlin" trophy (including a certificate).
3. The same individual shall not receive duplicate trophies within the same academic year. However, all winning achievements may be listed individually, and the "outstanding achievements" shall be recorded and recognized collectively to acknowledge the honors received.
4. If a group has an official supporting committee (with concrete sponsorship, verified as genuine), and submits photographic evidence of their contributions, upon review and confirmation, this office shall present a certificate of appreciation.
**III. Method of Recognition and Awarding**
To confer the "Light of Yunlin" Medal, this office shall organize a recognition ceremony.
