**Eligibility Criteria:** Please refer to the attached documents.

**Important Notice:** Applicants must not have received any government-funded scholarships or other government-sponsored awards.
**Document Submission Guidelines:** Please submit only the documents required by the application guidelines. Do not include any additional certificates or proofs not specified, in order to conserve paper and promote environmental sustainability and energy conservation.
**Eligibility Reminder:** If you do not meet the above criteria, please do not submit an application. All applications from ineligible candidates will be returned without review.
