一、內政部每年定期於1月及7月公布全國租金統計相關資訊，並同步推出視覺化「租金查詢平臺」（網址：https:／／moisagis.moi.gov.tw/rent/），定位查詢範圍內不同租屋型態或屋齡之最新租金總價四分位數，俾快速找尋合適租屋地點及評估租金合理性。
二、內政部所公布租金統計資訊亦同步更新於不動產資訊平臺（https:／／pip.moi.gov.tw/）及地政司網站「租賃條例專區」（https:／／www.land.moi.gov.tw/chhtml/news/89）,請同學自行下載參閱。
三、已同步公告於本校宿輔組網站/校外賃居/最新消息。
I. The Ministry of the Interior regularly publishes national rental statistics in January and July each year, and simultaneously launches a visual "Rental Inquiry Platform" (website: https://moisagis.moi.gov.tw/rent/). This platform allows users to locate the latest total rental price quartile for different rental types or ages within the search area, enabling them to quickly find suitable rental locations and assess the reasonableness of rents.
II. The rental statistics information published by the Ministry of the Interior is also updated simultaneously on the Real Estate Information Platform (https://pip.moi.gov.tw/) and the "Leasing Ordinance Special Zone" section of the Department of Land Administration is website (https://www.land.moi.gov.tw/chhtml/news/89). Students are encouraged to download and refer to this information as needed.
