一、臺中市積極推動智慧城市與人本交通，致力於建構友善宜居之城市空間，自114年度推動全國首創以人本環境為主題之競圖，成功激發青年學子對都市人行空間之關注，本年度競圖邁入第二屆，特別融入5G、物聯網及人工智能（AI）等數位基石，將傳統「人本街道」之物理設計與「智慧科技」數位賦能相結合。
二、2026臺中市人本環境設計學生競圖，將以「臺中街道玩很大－人本x智慧設計挑戰賽」為主題，參賽學生可利用智慧科技設計對未來人本街道的想像，讓道路成為兼具運輸、散步、智慧服務、人文互動的場域。競圖基地須位於臺中市轄區內，競圖活動提供西區忠明南路、公益路、美村路一段、清水區中山路、大里區德芳南路及豐原區中正路等六處。
三、本次競圖採線上報名與繳件，自即日起至115年5月6日(星期三)開放投稿，以電子郵件寄件時間為憑，歡迎全國大專院校踴躍參賽。
四、為鼓勵優秀學生，競圖將評選優良作品，頒予獎金與獎 狀，總獎金為10萬 5,600 元，獎金優渥：
(一)首獎1名：頒發獎金新臺幣3萬6,000元及獎狀證書。
(二)貳獎1名：頒發獎金新臺幣2萬元及獎狀證書。
(三)參獎1名：頒發獎金新臺幣1萬元及獎狀證書。
(四)評審團獎3名：頒發獎金新臺幣6,000元及獎狀證書。
(五)優選6名：頒發獎金新臺幣3,600元及獎狀證書。
(六)佳作8名：頒發獎狀證書。

**2026 Taichung Human-Centric Environment Student Design Competition Announcement**
I.
Taichung City has been actively promoting smart city development and human-centered transportation, striving to create a friendly and livable urban environment. Since the 114 academic year, the city has pioneered a nationwide design competition themed around human-centric environments, successfully raising awareness among young students regarding urban pedestrian spaces. This year, the competition enters its second edition, incorporating digital foundations such as 5G, the Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI). The event uniquely integrates traditional physical designs of "human-centric streets" with the empowerment of "smart technology."
II.
The 2026 Taichung Human-Centric Environment Student Design Competition will be themed "Exploring Taichung Streets: A Human-Centric x Smart Design Challenge." Participating students are encouraged to use smart technology to envision future human-centric streets, transforming roads into multifunctional spaces for transportation, leisure walking, smart services, and cultural interaction. The competition sites must be located within Taichung City and include six designated areas: Zhongming South Road in West District, Gongyi Road, Section 1 of Meicun Road, Zhongshan Road in Qingshui District, Defang South Road in Dali District, and Zhongzheng Road in Fengyuan District.
III.
This year is competition will be conducted online for both registration and submission. Submissions will be accepted from today until May 6, 115 (Wednesday), with the email submission timestamp serving as proof of entry. All universities and colleges across Taiwan are warmly invited to participate.
IV.
To encourage outstanding student talent, the competition will recognize exemplary works with awards and certificates. The total prize fund amounts to NT$105,600:
(1) Grand Prize (1 winner): NT$36,000 prize money and a certificate.
(2) First Prize (1 winner): NT$20,000 prize money and a certificate.
(3) Second Prize (1 winner): NT$10,000 prize money and a certificate.
(4) Jury Awards (3 winners): NT$6,000 prize money and a certificate.
(5) Honorable Mentions (6 winners): Certificate only.
(6) Commended Works (8 winners): Certificate only.
