一、說明會資訊

參加對象：全校教職員生（以教職員優先，學生亦可參加）
二、申請流程
(一)計畫主持人逕向所屬學院／單位提出申請紙本，經各院初審後由學院彙整推薦，並依規定時限送交全球事務處。
(二 )「學海築夢計畫」須經本校交流審查小組審議後，排定各子計畫推薦順序，每校以申請 10 案為限，由本校統一薦送；「新南向學海築夢計畫」則不受案數限制。
三、申請日程
(一)申請期間：115 年 01 月 30 日起至 115 年 02 月 26 日前截止收件
(二)學院送達全球事務處收件截止時間：115 年 03 月 03 日（17:00）前
四、審查標準
(一)選送學生於國外實習機構之實習期間，應至少連續 28 日，補助期限最長以一學年為限；惟赴印尼實習者，應至少連續 25 日。
(二)選送學生赴國外具發展潛力或符合臺灣長期發展優勢之企業或機構進行實習者，優先考量。
(三)依據「慈濟大學辦理教育部學海系列補助作業要點」及「慈濟大學學生海外交流辦法」之審理原則辦理。(114年12月19日第217次行政會議修正通過 版本)
(四)學海築夢計畫：依本校獲教育部核定之補助經費，由審查委員會議分配各計畫補助額度。
新南向學海築夢計畫：依教育部核定之補助經費辦理。
五、本公告相關事項，均依【教育部鼓勵國內大專校院選送學生出國研修或國外專業實習補助要點】辦理。

(2026 Dream Building Overseas Internship / New Southbound Dream Building Overseas Internship Briefing Session)
Venue: Online via Google Meet
(Meeting link will be provided one day prior to the event)
Participants: Open to all faculty, staff, and students
(Priority will be given to faculty and staff; students are also welcome to attend)
II. Application Procedure
Principal Investigators (PIs) shall submit hard-copy application documents to their respective colleges/departments.
After preliminary review by each college, applications will be compiled and recommended, then submitted to the Office of Global Affairs within the designated deadline.
The Dream Building Overseas Internship Program applications must be reviewed by the University Exchange Review Committee, which will determine the recommendation order of sub-projects.
Each university may submit up to 10 projects in total.
The New Southbound Dream Building Overseas Internship Program is not subject to a project quota limit.
III. Application Schedule
Application Period: January 30, 2026 – February 26, 2026
Deadline for Colleges to Submit Applications to the Office of Global Affairs:
March 3, 2026, before 17:00
IV. Review Criteria
The internship period at overseas host institutions must be at least 28 consecutive days, with a maximum subsidy period of one academic year.
For internships in Indonesia, the minimum duration is 25 consecutive days.
Priority will be given to students interning at overseas enterprises or institutions with development potential or those aligned with Taiwan is long-term strategic advantages.
Reviews will be conducted in accordance with:
Tzu Chi University Guidelines for the Administration of MOE “Study Abroad Series” Subsidy Programs, and
Tzu Chi University Regulations on Student Overseas Exchange Programs
(Amended and approved at the 217th Administrative Meeting on December 19, 2025).
For the Dream Building Overseas Internship Program, subsidy amounts for each project will be allocated by the review committee based on the funding approved by the Ministry of Education (MOE).
For the New Southbound Dream Building Overseas Internship Program, subsidies will be granted in accordance with MOE-approved funding.
V. Other Matters
All matters related to this announcement shall be handled in accordance with the
“MOE Guidelines for Subsidizing Domestic Universities to Send Students Abroad for Study or Professional Internships.” |
