一、為鼓勵全國大專校院教師透過課程模組研發、同儕觀課及課程品保機制之建立，強化雙語教學實踐與專業對話，提升EMI課程教學品質，特於114學年第二學期持續推動旨揭跨校教師社群計畫。
二、本計畫依教師教學專長與發展需求，分為「領域專長模組研發」、「同儕觀課」及「課程品保」三類社群，採任務導向方式執行，以鼓勵教師跨校合作與創新實踐（實施計畫詳如附件）。相關徵件資訊如下：
(一)申請期程：即日起至115年2月8日(星期日)止。
(二)補助經費：
1、業務費：每案最高補助新臺幣30,000元。
2、教師獎勵：依計畫書規範完成成果者，每案核發最高新臺幣24,000元。
(三)執行期程：計畫自通過日起至115年6月21日止。
(四)申請方式：社群召集人填妥計畫申請表，上傳至線上申請平台（https:／／emitlc.nchu.edu.tw/community/15）。
三、本計畫於115年1月30日下午10:00-11:00辦理線上說明會（報名連結：https:／／emitlc.nchu.edu.tw/workshop/85）。

**Announcement: Inter-College Teacher Community Program for EMI Course Development (Academic Year 114, Second Semester)**
To encourage teachers from universities and colleges across Taiwan to enhance bilingual teaching practices and professional dialogue through curriculum module development, peer classroom observation, and the establishment of course quality assurance mechanisms, this inter-college teacher community program will continue to be implemented during the second semester of Academic Year 114.
This program is organized into three types of communities based on teachers i instructional expertise and development needs:
1. **Curriculum Module Development by Field Expertise**
2. **Peer Classroom Observation**
3. **Course Quality Assurance**
Each community operates on a task-oriented basis to promote cross-institutional collaboration and innovative practice. For detailed implementation plans, please refer to the attached document. The following information regarding applications is provided:
**(1) Application Period:** From the date of this announcement until February 8, 2026 (Tuesday).
**(2) Funding Support:**
- **Operational Expenses:** Up to NT$30,000 per project.
- **Teacher Incentives:** Upon completion of deliverables as specified in the project proposal, each project will receive an incentive payment of up to NT$24,000.
**(3) Implementation Period:** Projects will commence upon approval and must be completed by June 21, 2026.
**(4) Application Method:** The community leader must complete the project application form and upload it to the online application platform ([https://emitlc.nchu.edu.tw/community/15](https://emitlc.nchu.edu.tw/community/15)).
An online orientation session will be held on January 30, 2026, from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM ([Registration Link](https://emitlc.nchu.edu.tw/workshop/85)).
