一、教育部青年發展署為鼓勵青年以多元方式體驗壯遊，與臺灣各地人文社會深度互動，認識臺灣不同面向及在地特色，並從壯遊過程中探索自我價值，培養多元能力，辦理感動地圖計畫。
二、計畫內容摘要如下：
(一)申請資格：15至35歲青年，至少2人（含）以上組成團隊。本國青年可與境外青年共同組隊參加，但至少1人為本國青年，所有團員須於企劃執行期間全程參與。
(二)報名組別：依申請對象分為「扎根種子組」（高級中等學校學生）、「圓夢青年組」（18至35歲青年）。
(三)徵件內容：以議題探研、達人見習、環島探索等多元方式，研提融合創新之壯遊臺灣企劃。
(四)實踐獎金：新臺幣（以下同）2至8萬元（若有原住民、新住民或經濟弱勢家庭身分者參加，檢附證明文件，具上開身分者可再補助每人5千元）。
(五)入選團隊於115年6至8月間執行，天數至少10天（含）以上（可分段執行）。
(六)配套措施：教育部青年發展署預定於115年5月辦理共識營、11至12月辦理成果徵選暨分享會（年度成果徵選獎金與影片特別獎項最高10萬元）。

**Announcement: Call for Applications for the "Touching Taiwan" Program**
The Youth Development Agency, Ministry of Education, is pleased to announce the "Touching Taiwan" program, designed to encourage young people to experience travel in diverse ways, engage deeply with Taiwan's local communities and culture, and explore various aspects of the island. Through this program, participants will have the opportunity to discover their own values and develop a range of skills.
**Program Overview:**
1. **Eligibility:**
- Applicants must be between 15 and 35 years old.
- Teams must consist of at least two members. Domestic youth may participate with international youth, but at least one member must be a domestic youth.
- All team members must participate fully throughout the project period.
2. **Categories:**
- **Rooting Seed Group:** Open to senior high school students.
- **Dream Realization Group:** Open to youth aged 18 to 35.
3. **Application Content:**
- Proposals should focus on issue exploration, apprenticeship with experts, or island-wide exploration, integrating innovative approaches to travel experiences in Taiwan.
4. **Implementation Grant:**
- A grant of NT$20,000 to NT$80,000 will be provided.
- Additional support of NT$5,000 per participant will be given if team members are Indigenous Taiwanese, new immigrants, or from economically disadvantaged families (proof of status required).
5. **Project Duration:**
- Selected teams are expected to execute their projects between June and August 2026.
- The project duration should be at least 10 days (can be conducted in segments).
6. **Support Measures:**
- The Youth Development Agency plans to hold an orientation camp in May 2026.
- A results selection and sharing session will be held between November and December 2026.
- Awards for annual results and special video awards will be given, with a maximum prize of NT$100,000.
