※承辦人員辦公室於建國校區,中央校區、介仁校區,可繳至各校區生輔組,再轉送至建國校區承辦。
★就學貸款申請時程與注意事項:
※如有各類補助(例:學雜費減免或是行政院減免學雜費),請務必先完成補助程序,並列印正確金額之繳費單後,再辦理就學貸款,以免資料不符造成延誤。
※校外賃居者如需貸住宿費,最高可貸金額為8,200元,並請務必提供租賃契約(需有學生名字租賃契約影本)
※申請之書籍費、生活費及校外賃居費,將由臺灣銀行撥款至學校帳戶後,再統一撥入學生帳戶(約每月10日或25日),約至學期末才會入帳,請同學留意。
(一)申請開放時程: 請同學留意,須待出納組開立註冊繳費單後,始可進行學生資訊系統內「就學貸款」申請填寫作業。
(二)對保期限:115年01月20日(二)至115年02月10日(二)前辦理完成,超過時間者,一律不受理。
1.線上就學貸款的同學:115年02月06日(五)前辦理完成。
請先至學生資訊系統完成「就學貸款」申請。承辦人員將於上班日 16:00 統一轉資料給銀行,約一小時後 才可至臺灣銀行進行線上貸款,請注意時程安排。
2.臨櫃對保的同學:115年02月10日(二)前辦理完成。
請於臨櫃對保「前」或「後」至學生資訊系統完成就學貸款申請,以利相關作業順利進行。
(三)學校存執聯(第二聯繳件期限): 115年02月12日下午17:30截止(請務必申請人親自簽名後繳回或寄回給承辦人)
※就學貸款第二聯繳交方式:請親自將正本繳交至建國校區學務處生活輔導組或郵寄至
97005花蓮市建國路二段880號(信件註明:就學貸款-系所、學號、姓名)。
※若有差額:待以上程序皆完成,幾個工作日後重新查詢繳費單是否更新,重新列印繳費。
若無差額:需繳交,則算完成註冊程序。

**Announcement: Application Procedures and Important Deadlines for Student Loans**
To safeguard your rights, please carefully review the following information and complete the application process on time to avoid any delays that may affect your benefits. Thank you for your cooperation.
The office responsible for handling student loan applications is located at the Jianguo Campus. Students at the Zhongyang or Jieren Campuses may submit their documents to the respective campus Student Affairs Office, which will forward them to the Jianguo Campus for processing.
**Application Timeline and Important Notes for Student Loans:**
- If you are eligible for any subsidies (e.g., tuition fee reductions or subsidies provided by the Executive Yuan), please complete the subsidy procedures first, print a payment receipt reflecting the correct amount, and then proceed with your student loan application to avoid delays caused by inconsistent information.
- For students renting accommodation off-campus who wish to apply for a housing allowance loan, the maximum loanable amount is NT$8,200. Please ensure you provide a copy of your lease agreement with your name clearly stated.
- Payments for books, living expenses, and off-campus housing allowances will be transferred from Taiwan Bank to the university is account and then distributed to students i accounts (approximately on the 10th or 25th of each month). These funds will typically be credited by the end of each semester. Please keep this in mind.
**(1) Application Opening Timeline:**
Students must wait until the cashier is office issues their registration payment receipt before they can begin filling out the “Student Loan” application in the Student Information System.
**(2) Loan Guarantee Period:**
All applications must be completed by February 10, 2026 (Thursday). Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.
- **For students applying online:**
Complete your application by February 6, 2026 (Friday).
First, complete the “Student Loan” application in the Student Information System. The responsible staff will consolidate all applications at 16:00 on working days and submit them to the bank. After approximately one hour, you may proceed with your online loan application at Taiwan Bank. Please plan accordingly.
- **For students applying in person:**
Complete your application by February 10, 2026 (Thursday).
Please complete your “Student Loan” application in the Student Information System either before or after your in-person guarantee session to ensure smooth processing.
**(3) Deadline for Submission of School is Retained Copy (Second Copy):**
The deadline is February 12, 2026, at 17:30. Please ensure that you personally sign this copy before submitting it or mailing it back to the responsible staff.
- **Method of Submission for Second Copy:**
Please submit the original document in person to the Life Guidance Section of the Student Affairs Office at Jianguo Campus or mail it to:
No. 880, Sec. 2, Jianguo Rd., Hualien City, Hualien County 97005, Taiwan (Please indicate on your envelope: “Student Loan – Department/Student ID/Name”).
- **If there is a balance remaining:** After completing all procedures above, check after several working days if your payment receipt has been updated and reprint it if necessary.
- If there is no balance remaining after this process, you must still submit proof of payment to complete registration.
