說明：
一、為培養醫務社會工作專業人才，藉由實務訓練培養醫務社工之專業與倫理，整合理論與臨床實務之經驗，並協助建立專業知能、臨床實務技巧，增進對醫務社會工作領域認識及做為未來就業之參考。
二、暑期實習時間：115年6月29日至8月21日共計320小時。週一至週五上午8:00∼12:00下午13:00∼17:00。
三、實習學生資格：修習過個案、團體、醫務社會工作，且對醫務社工領域有濃厚興趣之社會工作學系大三學生。
四、招收名額：預定2名。
五、欲報名者請備妥相關文件，將申請文件寄至新北市立聯合醫院社會工作室詹秀琴主任收(地址:24141新北市三重區新北大道一段3號) ，於115年2月11日前截止受理(郵戳為憑)。
六、實習內容及其相關規定詳如醫務社工實習計劃(附件一)。

**Announcement: Summer Internship Program for Medical Social Work**
To cultivate professional talent in medical social work, this program aims to enhance participants' professional competence and ethical standards through practical training. By integrating theoretical knowledge with clinical practice, students will develop essential skills and gain a deeper understanding of the medical social work field, which will serve as valuable preparation for future employment.
**Internship Period:**
From June 29 to August 21, 2026 (a total of 320 hours).
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
**Eligibility:**
Third-year students majoring in Social Work who have completed courses in case work, group work, and medical social work, and who demonstrate a strong interest in the field of medical social work.
**Number of Positions:**
A total of 2 interns will be selected.
**Application Process:**
Interested applicants must prepare the required documents and submit their application materials to Ms. Hsiu-Chin Chan, Director of the Social Work Department at New Taipei City United Hospital (Address: No. 3, Section 1, Xintai Avenue, Sanchong District, New Taipei City 24141). The deadline for submission is February 11, 2026 (postmark date will be considered).
