主旨：為籌組115年度教育部教學卓越獎複選發表評審小組，請援例協助推薦相關領域之學者專家
及社會公正人士代表，詳如說明，請查照。
說明：
一、依「115年度教育部教學卓越獎複選審查實施計畫」規定辦理。
二、教學卓越獎分為高級中等學校組、國民中學組、國民小學組及幼兒園組等4組，請分別推薦
各組評審委員各3名，推薦原則如下：
(一)請優先推薦與114年度推薦名單不同之人選。
(二)推薦人選請兼顧性別比率平衡。
(三)所推薦人員不得擔任115年度參賽團隊之輔導員或成員。
三、旨揭獎項之複選發表訂於115年7月14日（星期二）至7月17日（星期五）舉行，地點為基
隆市七堵區七堵國民小學；評審期間皆備有膳宿，請代為徵詢所屬推薦人員意願及先行告
知複選發表日期與地點，並於115年2月11日（星期三）前依附件格式函復推薦名單，另請
將可編輯電子檔逕寄至承辦學校（hspshsps@hsps.kl.edu.tw），俾利後續彙整作業。
四、另所推薦人員尚非確認已獲聘為本次評審，本署將於核定後另案函知獲聘委員（未獲聘者
不另通知），並請獲聘委員務必全程參與，俾維護評審公正性。
Subject: Invitation to recommend scholars, experts, and impartial public figures for the 2026 Ministry of Education Teaching Excellence Award Semi-final Selection Committee, as per established precedent. Please refer to the following descriptions for details.
Descriptions:
This request is conducted in accordance with the "Implementation Plan for the 2026 Ministry of Education Teaching Excellence Award Semi-final Selection."
The Teaching Excellence Award is divided into four categories: Senior High School, Junior High School, Elementary School, and Kindergarten. Please recommend three (3) committee candidates for each category based on the following principles:
(1) Priority should be given to candidates who were not on the 2025 recommendation list.
(2) Recommendations should ensure a balanced gender ratio.
(3) Recommended personnel must not serve as mentors or members of any participating teams for the year 2026.
The semi-final presentations for the aforementioned award will be held from Tuesday, July 14, to Friday, July 17, 2026, at Qidu Elementary School, Qidu District, Keelung City. Meals and accommodation will be provided during the evaluation period. Please consult with the nominees regarding their willingness and inform them of the dates and location in advance. The recommendation list should be submitted via formal letter in the attached format by Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Additionally, please email the editable electronic files to the host school (hspshsps@hsps.kl.edu.tw) to facilitate compilation.
Please note that recommendation does not guarantee appointment. The Administration will formally notify the appointed members in a separate letter once the selection is finalized (no individual notifications will be sent to those not selected). Appointed members are required to participate in the entire process to ensure the fairness of the evaluation. |
