一、為獎勵及培育圖、文創作人才，啟發全方位藝術創作，推動親子閱讀風氣，豐富學生藝術涵養及想像力，特辦理全國學生圖畫書創作徵選活動。
二、本徵選活動之獲獎者，除頒發教育部獎狀外，另有獎金鼓勵，所有在學學生均可報名參加。徵選組別分國小低中年級組、國小高年級組、國中組、高中(職)組及大專組，收件時間為115年3月1日起至4月30日截止(以郵戳為憑，逾期恕不受理)，一律採線上報名。
三、為達推廣藝術教育之效益，高級中等(含)以下學校獲獎者之學校校長及指導教師，由國立臺灣藝術教育館函請各縣市(含直轄市)主管教育行政機關依權責優予辦理敘獎。

**Announcement: Nationwide Student Picture Book Creation Competition**
To foster and reward talent in visual and literary arts, stimulate comprehensive artistic creativity, promote family reading culture, and enrich students i artistic cultivation and imagination, the Ministry of Education is hosting a nationwide student picture book creation competition.
All enrolled students are eligible to participate. Winners will receive certificates of recognition from the Ministry of Education as well as monetary awards. The competition is divided into the following categories: Lower and Middle Grades of Elementary School, Upper Grades of Elementary School, Junior High School, Senior High School (including vocational schools), and College/University. Submissions must be received between March 1, 2026, and April 30, 2026 (postmark date applies; late submissions will not be accepted). All entries must be submitted online.
To maximize the benefits of art education promotion, school principals and supervising teachers of winners from senior high schools (and below) will be recommended for commendation by the National Taiwan Art Education Center. This recommendation will be processed by the relevant educational authorities in each county or city (including special municipalities) according to their respective jurisdictions.
